The following fuselage fairings repaired by MIC Composites: center 3Aand 3B area, aft 3A and 3B area, 3A It. fairing and 3B rt. fairing.

Replaced It. thrust reverser emergency stow switch installing new unit.Replaced rt. engine IDG chip detector installing new unit.Replaced laser nav filters installing new units.Rebushed as necessary It. and rt. thrust reverser blocker doors.Replaced both water separator sock springs with new units.Replaced It. and rt. ground spoiler link rods and two bolts installing

new units.

Replaced It. outboard flap roller bearing installing new unit.Repositioned oxygen rack lower frame supports to provide clearance for

tail tank fuel lines installed for SB601-262R2.Accomplished the following listed FAA field approved form 337's dated

March 1, 1991 in conjunction with avionics installations andmodifications:1. The previously installed Fairchild AlOO Cockpit Voice Recorder has

been modified to comply with FAR 25.1457. Both Baker audio panelsP/N: M1045-FLAL-GQV7, S/N: 840858 and S/N: 840857 updated to mod11 by baker electronics. CVR rendered inoperative pending flightevaluation and FAA approval.

2. Installed Matrix terminal strips in the under floor avionics bayto centralize all tie points and fabricated a junction box tohouse relays and other similar components. Reworked Data Navinterface to permit display of FMS-1, FMS-2 or INS. Modifiedcenter cockpit pedestal by raising the aft end of the pedestal byapproximately 5.00 inches to a more horizontal plane, providing amore flat surface for crew visibility. The external lightingpanel located in the center pedestal has been modified to includeNAV and wing light positions on the Logo light switch. Added toadditional warning lights test switches, one on each pilotsvertical side panels which is paralleled from existing test switchlocated in center pedestal. Added two Master Specialties Series90K Annunciators at main cabin door to alert flight attendant ofcabin door and baggage door status and whether or not main cabindoor is secured properly. This indication is paralleled fromsimilar indication found in cockpit.

3. Replaced the two Collins VIR-30A VHF Nav Receivers, P/N: 622-0876-001, with two Collins VIR-32, VHF Nav Receivers, P/N: 622-6137-001. #1 S/N off: 22690, on: 6594; #2 S/N off: 22200, on: 10543.Replaced the two Collins DME-40 Receiver/Transmitters, P/N: 622-

1233-001 with two each Collins DME-42 Receiver/Transmitters, P/N:622-6263-003. ^1 S/N off: 8963, on: 9378; #2 S/N off: 15639, on:9413. Modified existing Colt CD-7000 cabin display system whichrequired the CD-7010, S/N: 037 cabin display interface to bemodified by Colt Electronics.

4. The previously installed Canadian Marconi SDS-776 Status DisplaySystem S/N: 103 was modified and repaired by Canadian MarconiCompany to account for the CF-34-3A engine type. P/N changed from100-478801-022 to -023. System inoperative pending STCapproval.

5. Reworked the previously installed single Honeywell Laser NavManagement System to include rewiring of INS, attitude sourceselection, heading source selection, pilots RMI. Replaced CA-54-1INS battery with a CA-154-1, P/N: 28656-002, S/N off: 7408023, on:9003645, Removed Global NDB- 2 Nav Data Base, P/N: 21105-2-03,S/N: 869.

6. Removed previously installed dual Global GNS-500 Series 3BVLF/Omega Nav Systems as follows: two CDU P/N: 11600-6, S/N: 2296and S/N: 643, two RCU P/N: 10050-3-3BE, S/N: 1410 and S/N: 3442,two OEU P/N: 10600-2-211, S/N: 3788 and S/N: 1942, two loopcouplers P/N: 11444-1, S/N: 3760 and S/N: 3752, two loop antennasP/N: 11455-2, S/N: 118 and S/N: 0098. Installed dual UniversalUNS-IA Compact Flight Management Systems as follows: two Super CDUP/N: 1016-1-11, S/N: 707 and S/N: 708, two Nav Computer Units P/N:1180-21-21, S/N: 525 and S/N: 528, one Data Transfer Unit P/N:140-01011, S/N: 312, two UNS-764 Omega/VLF Sensors P/N: 100-601200-003, S/N: unk and S/N: 580, two antenna coupler units P/N:418-312-001, S/N: 1432 and S/N: 1433, and two GPS antennas P/N:100-602061-000, S/N: 008 and S/N: unk.

7. Installed a Bendix/King CAS-81 TCAS-II Traffic Alert andCollision Avoidance System as follows: one TPA-81A TCAS processorP/N: 066-50000-8101, S/N: 1423, two MST-67A mode S transpondersP/N: 066-01143-0301, S/N: P1018 and S/N: P1021, one GC-362Agraphics processor P/N: 071-01505-0101, S/N: P1004, one KFS-578ATCAS/mode S control P/N: 071-01507-2001, S/N: 1013, IVA-81ATA/RA/VSI display P/N: 066-50001-1001, S/N: 1535 and S/N: 1557,two ANT-81A directional antenna P/N: 071-50001-8102, S/N: 1355 andS/N: 1354, two ANT-81A antenna adapter plate P/N: 047-50357-0003,two Sensor L-band antennas P/N: S65-5366-7L, S/N: 21047 and S/N:24325. Removed two Collins TDR-90 transponders P/N: 622-1270-001,S/N: 14770 and S/N: 15028, and one Gables G-6106-05 ATC controlS/N: 50. TCAS installation and usage pending STC issuance.Aircraft-placarded "TCAS USE PROHIBITED PENDING STC ISSUANCE".

Accomplished the following listed FAA field approved 337's datedFebruary 22, 1991:1. Removed AMC refuel/defuel control panel from cockpit center

pedestal installing new fabricated unit in same location.2. Installed two Grimes flush mounted dome lights in cockpit overhead

controlled by cockpit overhead lighting panel.3. The previously installed Lockheed Flight Data Recorder model 319

was relocated from fuselage station 760 to 745 in aft compartmentdue to tail tank installation. CVR relocated from fuselage

station 755 to 773 due to tail tank installation,4. Added a water drain system to existing lavatory water system

which when activated, drains the supply tank and purges the lineswith air supplied by existing water system air pump.

5. Removed existing water fill service fitting and associated linefrom right lower fuselage at toilet service area. Replaced toiletdump valve installing new Kaiser assembly P/N: 2651-311-3.

Installed an APU Carbon Seal Oil drain Ecology Canister in accordancewith KC Aviation STC SA1513GL. Reference 337 dated February 22,1991.

Replaced copilot altimeter indicator P/N: 4016341-904 installing arepaired and tested unit by Honeywell, S/N off: 82052767, on:87124926.

Recovered entrance and cabin headliner with new material. Replacedentryv/ay carpet with new material. Cleaned all interior softwarematerial. Repaired miscellaneous interior discrepancies. Allmaterials used meet burn test requirements of FAR 25.853 paragraph b.

Aircraft weighed using Revere Electronic Weighing Kit S/N: 5805Acalibrated May 1990. Reference KC Aviation weighing report datedFebruary 25, 1991. Aircraft equipment list and electrical manualsrevised.

Serviced aircraft main battery S/N: 51345, and the following batterypower supplies: S/N: 12918, 7254, 11927, and 9026.

Radar indicator P/N MI-58535-1, S/N: 1205 updated to a -2 by Honeywell.Colt cabin display interface P/N: CD-7010, S/N: 037 removed and sent in

for repair.Replaced engine oil temperature guage P/N: 601-50916-3 installing a

repaired unit by Canadair, S/N off: 458, on: 499.Lockheed FDR P/N: 650/1/14040/004, S/N: 3009 repaired and function

tested by Lockheed Aircraft Service Company.Performed minor alteration of the aft tailcone Kevlar fairings. These

fairings were cut and fitted with three access panels for transferboost pump, tail strobe light power supply and the lower fuel tankaccess panel. All work performed in accordance with CanadairChallenger Maintenance Manual (PSP607), Chapter 51 and KC Aviationdrawing number CL600-52-90-401-7. All hardware used meets AN, MSand/or NAS standards.

Performed a post maintenance preflight inspection.
