Specification
•All labels can be ordered as deactivable or non-detective labels.
•Deactivable labels will be deactivated by Nedap-8.2MHz
deactivators to test some of the labels per roll, the samples of
testing per roll will be >0.5%.
•The height of deactivation: 15-30CM (which means the
deactivation field strength is 0.5-1.5A/m)

The lanyard broken but the hard tag still work.tensile strength： 30 kg
Tips for soft labelSecurity notes:
Labels should not be near with antenna, in case false alarm;
Keep stock house dry and ventilate, in case labels get wet.
Static electricity can kill label directly, pls derive static electricity from body before operation, and stock
environment should be no static electricity.
Operation: When paste to product, don’t bend more than 120 degree.
Label can’t be pasted on metal product or the product with metal package, such as milk can, cigarette and chocolate that with silver paper package.
Tips for soft label testing
Before testing, make sure EAS system is working and the sensitivity is suitable for detecting soft label.
Before testing, label should not close to deactivator pad. When testing, label should pass through the detection aisle with normal speed, don’t
run through detecting gate or throw out. Don’t get too close to antenna when testing, testing position should be in the middle
of detecting gate.(in case the label “killed” by antenna). Label should stick on card or product when testing, don’t carry it by hand.
