Job Profile: To monitor AHP operations including Pumps/ash disposal/ESP and bag filters/pipe line (Ash

dyke). My job profile includes to maintain the plant as instructed by the seniors and to handle the

workforce properly and to do their maximum utilization. Supervision and Troubleshooting of dry fly ash handling system (i.e. vacuum pump, compressors,

blowers, etc). Looking the operation of Dry Fly Ash Handling System and HCSD System. Maintain all operation related activities including log books and check list of auxiliaries. Inter-departmental co-ordination with Main Control Room, Chemistry, Safety, Ash Management

Group, Environment, and Security … etc. Run the system in scada and instruct about logic for smooth and safe operation.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for safe and efficient plant operation start up, shut down, emergency handling, troubleshooting etc in ash handling.

To ensue ash handling plant availability (>95%). To coordinate with operations team to minimize idle running of the system. To ensure all desk parameters like pressure, vacuum are in prescribe limits. To coordinate with outsourcing agencies and ensure timely completion of work allocated. Monitor continual improvement in the operational parameters of AHP. Plan and ensure availability of all the inputs for smooth and efficient operation of AHP. Implement improvements suggested by efficiency cell to improve the operational parameters of the

plant. Coordinate with maintenance team to develop suitable solutions for key issues / problems observed

during the operation of plant. To coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely rectification of equipment breakdown. Ensure all statutory safety standards are followed. To prepare MIS report periodically and submit to seniors for review.

Professional Qualification:

Completed BE with the specialization in Electronics and communication engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University in 2008.

Computer Knowledge:

OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP, MS Office.

Achievements:

Got certificate for environment awareness exam. Got first prize in science modal competition in school. Played state level basketball in school. Got scholarship in school for APTECH computer education.
