New Arrival! In Jesus Was an Airborne Ranger, John McDougall, Army Chaplain at JBLM offers an alternative to the soft, gentle caricature of Jesus. Only the Warrior Christ can impact our broken world. And only in following Him can you find the life of purpose you’ve always wanted. Come by the Faith@Home Center in the foyer and check out all of our resources!

Benevolent Offering: After communion, we will receive a benevolent offering for LC3 members, regular attenders, and our food bank. If you need assistance, call the office. All requests are confidential.

Food Drive - Our Bread of Life Food Bank will hold its Annual Summer Food Drive at Haggens Foodson Steilacoom Boulevard on Saturday, July 11 beginning at 10:00AM. Be sure to sign up to help in the foyer this weekend. One-hour time slots are available be-ginning at 10:00AM.

Thank you to everyone who attended the annual meeting. And thank you to those who could not attend but cast absentee ballots. The results from the voting are as follows:

The family of Nan Boesel invites you to a memorial service to celebrate her life on Saturday, July 25, at 10:00AM here in the Worship Center. Nan was an LC3 missionary in the Philippines for 21 years. In later years, she accompanied her husband to work at OC International in Colorado. We will miss her beautiful smile and warm hugs.

Prime Timers - Please mark your calendar for Tuesday, July 28. We will take the church bus to Crystal Mountain, ride the gondola, and have lunch at the Summit House with a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains. Details will follow. For more info, contact Tharon at 253-588-4384.

Re|Engage Schedule - We will NOT be meeting this Thursday, July 9. Our whole campus will be used for Vacation Bible School. Please join us on July 16, 23, and/or 30. We will then take a break for the month of August. Email [email protected] with any questions.

Our next Baptism Celebration will be held at the Worship Service at the All Church Family Reunion

at Black Lake on August 9. In preparation, anyone who would like to be baptized must attend a class during the 10:50AM service on either July 12 or 26. Join us in Room 210. Anyone who has questions on baptism, or who has decided to be baptized is welcome to participate.
