PERSONNEL PROFILE

John GlaveyJohnhasworkedinPowerGeneration,Oil&Gas,Water and Primary Industries for 20 years starting outasaResidentMechanicalEngineerontheconstruction and commissioning of a 400 MW CombinedCyclePowerStation.HeworkedasaProject Engineer and Project Manager on some ofthemostsignificantcrosscountrypipelineprojects in the UK in both natural gas and water, where his primary focus was on the above ground installations, pressure reductions stations and interconnectionstoexistingnetwork.Hewasinvolved in these EPC Contracts from preliminary design through to commissioning.

Over the past number of years John has called on his experience in Project Engineering and Project Management to successfully deliver on a range of Major Maintenance Projects. Some of these projects are outlined later but include planned campaign maintenanceofoffsitefacilities,majormaintenanceofportloadingandtankfarminfrastructure,restartof a methanol production plant and the turnaround/shut down of major production plants.

John has a proven record of delivering successful Projects through strong leadership, organisation and decisiveness.

Kaue NazarethKaue is a highly motivated and results-driven professional who delivers in all stages of design and implementation, from inception through to completion. More than 15 years of expertise in the electrical, mechanical and communications industry, including a time served electrical apprenticeship in the United Kingdom with on the ground, practical experienceandknowledgeoftheindustry.

Jodi MageeJodi has over 15 years’ experience in office managementand,costandfinancialcontrol.Shehasworkedintheoilandgas,andpetrochemicalindustries for the past 8 years. Prior to this she workedinthebankingandfinancialsector.

Sheisproficientinanumberofaccount/financialmanagementpackagesandtheMicrosoftOfficesuite, in particular Excel. She has been responsible for cost control and reporting on major maintenance projects along with invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and P&L accounts.

Jodi is a dedicated, organised and motivated professionalwithexcellentcommunicationskills.She delivers concise and clear cost reporting customisedtoProjectandClientrequirements.

Vicki RobertsVickihasworkedforover10yearsinProjectSupport and has been involved in some of the mostsignificantProjectsinrecentyearsincludingnew builds, major maintenance, restarts and turnarounds.

She is highly motivated with extensive experience in oil, gas, petrochemical and power generation industries, and thrives in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment.Vickiisorganised,honestandprofessionalwithremarkablecommunication&prioritisationskillsinmanagingthediverseneedsofallstaff&clients.

PROJECTS

Motunui Campaign MaintenanceAs part of an extensive campaign of maintenance ofitsTaranakioffsiteassets,MethanexputtogetheraturnkeypackagetocompletelyrefurbishFaullRoadMixingStationandMotunuiDelivery Point.

The scope involved restoration, preventative and corrective remedial maintenance activities including painting for corrosion control, repair orreplacementofendoflifeequipmenttoallMethanex owned plant contained within the compounds.

As Project Manager, John successfully delivered both Projects on time and on budget with no LTI’s or MTI’s.

MOT 01 Restart ProjectAsMechanicalWorksSupervisor,Johnwasresponsible for the delivery of all mechanical worksassociatedwiththerestartoftheMOT01Methanol Production Plant (part of the overall MotunuiMethanolProductionFacility).ThisPlanthad been idle for 8 years.

The Project involved the complete inspection, overhaul and repairs of pressure vessels and exchangers, piping systems and supports, rotatingequipment,lubeskids,valvesandtrimheater. It also involved the replacement of both Converter and De-Sulfurization Catalysts.

MOT 02 TurnaroundAs Project Manager, John had overall responsibility forthesafe,ontimeandcosteffectivedeliveryoftheTurnaroundoftheMOT02MethanolProduction Plant (part of the overall Motunui MethanolProductionFacility)whilemaintainingthehighestlevelsofquality.

ThiswasthefirstTurnaroundontheMOT02Methanol Production Plant since its restart in 2008.

PROJECTS

Omata 02 Tank Farm RefurbishmentAs Project Manager, John was responsible for the complete delivery of this Project.

The Project included inspection, refurbishment andrepairofa45mlitretank,secondarycontainment,inletandexportfacilities,a3kmpipeline and tie-in to existing ship loading infrastructure.

Ballance Kapuni TurnaroundAs Turnaround Manager, John had overall responsibilityfortheBallanceAgri-NutrientsTurnaround at their Kapuni Ammonia/Urea ProductionFacility.DuringtheTurnaroundover1,700workorderswerecompetedwith127,000manhoursworked.

The Project was successfully completed in April 2016 and the Plant is now achieving record levels of production.
