We are 27 months into the church planting pro- cess of Wind City Church, we are so grate- ful for Casper Youth for Christ! First, when we moved to Casper, we be- gan to search out oppor- tunities to serve within the Christian Communi- ty…especially in the are- as of outreach to the lost and least. CYFC immediately availed an opportunity to serve in the Campus Life Ministry. We began serving as Campus Life leaders on the Kelly Walsh Campus where our twin daughters were starting their freshmen year. Now we look forward to the third year of Campus Life. This has given us great opportunities to meet students and their families. As I write, I can point to two families that have begun to follow Christ and are part of Wind City Church because I met students at KW’s Campus Life. Next, when we were looking for a place for our growing new church to meet, we asked CYFC about using their amazing facility - The Link - in downtown Casper. They seemed as excited as us to make that avail- able. We began using the Link for our Sun- day 3:16pm worship times in July of 2015 and will continue using it thru October 2016 when we will relocate into Eastridge Mall. It has been a huge blessing for us and has opened the doors (literally) for us to meet hundreds of souls in our city. CYFC has been a great blessing to us and I can only hope that we can continue to be a blessing to this organization as it serves the youth of Casper. I would like to give a great praise report about Cen-tennial Middle school Campus life. We started doing our Campus Life middle school program when school started up this September. When you begin a new school year you are never sure how many students will show up. Well, last week in my 7th grade Campus Life Bible study there were 28 students that attended. I believe that every seat in the class-room was taken. It’s pretty amaz-ing that 28 youth came to eat pizza and talk about Jesus and how He wants to be involved in their lives. Also, many of the youth that were in the 7th grade campus life last year are now attending our 8th grade campus life with new ones coming every week. Kim Warren and Chris Culver are doing a great job with the youth in the 8th Grade Campus life. Carl House, Ministry Director

Gregory has been coming to the Link for 3 years. He is in his senior year of high school. Gregory en-joys coming to the Link because he feels there are friendly people to talk to here and it is a fun place to hang out.

Gregory shared that his grandparents are Christians so he is familiar with the Chris-tian belief. Gregory believes in evolution because it makes more sense to him in a scientific way. Our staff has had great con-versations with Gregory about our Creator and intelligent design. We gave Gregory a DVD to listen to called Evolution versus God. Gregory shared it doesn’t offend him that we share with him about creationism because he enjoys hearing other view-points. He is not sure what his thoughts are about God at this point.

Gregory has four classes but he only goes to school every other day so he either hangs out at the Link on his off times or stays home. Gregory also shared that he feels accepted here and enjoys eating the lunches that we serve.

We believe God has a wonderful purpose for Greg according to Jeremiah 29:11 and it is our prayer that he will fulfill hisGod-given destiny.
