Conclusion: Jesus wanted to help the man who couldn’t hear or talk. Jesus touched his ears and tongue and straight away the man could hear and talk. Jesus was able to make the man better straight away because Jesus is God’s son. Jesus can do things that we can’t do because he is God’s son.

You will need:� 2 sheets of coloured paper � small strip of red paper � Textas, crayons or pencils� Glue� Scissors

See the pictures on the next page. Get your child to draw a large face out of one sheet of paper, and cut it out. Cut out a ‘U’ shape for the mouth. Draw in eyes and a nose. Stick the face onto another sheet of paper. You can write “He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak” on the page. Get the strip of red paper and fold it up like a concertina. Stick it into the mouth as shown in the picture.

You will need:� A printout of page 4� Coloured pencils or crayons
