Summary of Qualifications
The impact of my work has been recognized by each of my employers. I have previously worked for
Sears as a Merchandising and Customer assistant. While employed with them I was placed in
charge of the backroom and returns section. Under my care I was able to reorganize the return and
ratchet repair areas, both decreasing shipping times and increasing quality care. My efforts
benefitted the section as a whole and contributed to store overall effectiveness.
While working for ACS/ Xerox working as a Customer Care Specialist, I effectively communicated
with customers and provided problem resolutions in a timely manner. My performance and skill lead
to my selection to a new expand location and provided me a salary increase and priority schedule
selection.
Relevant Experience
Customer Care Specialist I can offer effective communication with customer base. Accurate
typing skill at a speed of 78 wpm. I can offer perfect conversational etiquette and empathize with
customers to provide a comforting experience.
I can multi-task while maintaining customer communication by operating sales registers
and processing returns while resolving customer concerns simultaneously. My efficiency
and job performance was rewarded with a promotion and shift preference.
Sales Associate
I can create a welcoming environment for customer interaction while completing necessary job
requirements. I can operate sales register and process returns. I am good at maintaining a clean
work area and organized sales floor.
I have knowledge of advance computer application and software database operation. I can
operate adobe application program and PDF conversion software, I possess training on web
based learning programs used by sales departments for employee training.
While working for Sears, I had completed training from an online training program called Shop
Online used for employee training and knowledge database.

Working as a janitorial staff at Croasdale has given me the knowledge of how to make the
environment around me clean and startle for use by all.
