8-1 Supply and install vertical and horizontal gypsum boards 12mm thick fire and water proof for ceiling cladding and for other decorative works. The price shall include all decorative beams, edges, recessed slab, squares, cuts, suspension& structural profiles, fixing with the wooden structure and extra support where required-- etc to any shape and patterns to complete the works. The unit rate shall also include acoustic and thermal rock wool mats, 25mm thick and 25kg/m3 density, wrapped in black non inflammable dust proof sags in accordance with specifications and the related Standards. as approved by the Engineer.

8-2 Supply and install Galvanized steel sheets to cover the lower edge of the ceiling wooden frame to forbid leaking rain water to get down to the roof floor. The unit rate shall include storm water collectors on the edges of the building and also include acoustic and thermal rock wool mats between metal sheets and roof tiles, 25mm thick and 25kg/m3 density, wrapped in black non inflammable dust proof sags in accordance with specifications and the related Standards. The galvanized sheets should be spread on all the brick tiles until the external edges where storm water collectors are installed and draged to the corners of the building.
