Welcome addressDear colleagues and guests,

On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to invite you to attend the 11th Pan-Pacific Continence Society Annual Meeting to be held at the Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center (BYCC) in Beijing (Address: No.16, West Yanqi Lake Road, Huairou District, Bei-jing), China, Oct. 9, 2016.

Urinary incontinence, focal incontinence and other urinary tract dysfunction are highly impact on patients’ quality of life. For the past 10 years, PPCS had already disseminated the knowledge of urinary incontinence in pan-pacific area by many kinds of educational courses and meetings. The PPCS annual meeting is a great fiesta for urologist, gynecologists, rehabilitation doctors, medical cares, scientists, bio-engineers as well as other associate experts. We expect this kind of interna-tional communication can improve the scientific development of this area and the prevention of such diseases.

This year’s venue is the Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center. Beijing Yanqi Lake is located at the foot of the Yanshan Mountain, Beijing Huairou District. The Lake has wide and clear water and attracts geese flocks to lake every autumn, hence gets the name of “Yanqi” and beautiful scenery. In the golden autumn, a harvest season, we wish you have fruitful achievements and inspiration in the continence career. Thus we have this year’s theme “Innovation & Harvests”.

October is the most beautiful time of year to visit Beijing, with the maple trees leaves turning spectacularly red. The warm, pleasant weather will ensure that you will have a wonderful and most memorable experience. Hope you will enjoy the atmosphere of friendship, academics and ex-change from the PPCS family.
