After achieving over a decade of international success in technical recruitment, our company’s founder, John Armstrong had a vision to create a business in which experienced consultants could focus solely on providing their clients with a superior level of service that is geared toward helping them to achieve long term organisational success within developing and emerging markets. In 2011, that vision became a reality when JCA Associates opened its’ first office in Dubai.

Since JCA Associates’ launch in 2011 our business has grown steadily and organically month on month.
