JAZZ STUDIES - CERTIFICATEThe Jazz Program offers a certificate in jazz studies for undergraduatemusic majors.

RequirementsThe jazz studies certificate program consists of a comprehensive18-credit-hour curriculum integrating academic studies and jazzperformance. Courses emphasize knowledge of jazz theory, history,arranging and pedagogical principles, along with skills in jazz piano,improvisation and combo/ensemble performance.
