Enhancement and Testing before implementation into Production. Interacting with end users to resolve the application issues through chat channel,
emails, phone and snow. Addressing the critical issues to next level and managing the incidents for all the
critical issues along by following the incident management process. Allocating the tickets to next level and development team depending on the issues
