Mulk Raj S/o Govind Ram has become the absolute and exclusive owner of the immov-able as well as movable property which is/was the self acquired property of late father and isin occupation and ownership of the plaintiff.
Through the medium of this notice, the public at large is informed that anyone having anyobjections to the claim putforth by the plaintiffs for declaration in his/her/their favour as afore-said, shall appear before this court either personally or through Advocate/pleader or anyrecognised agent and file objections and contest the claim, if any, within 07 days from the dateof publication of this notice failing which an appropriate order shall be passed in accordancewith law. Next date of hearing is fixed for 10-01-2017.
