Main FrameFully fabricated heavy-duty designs on allmodels. Fully stress relieved afterfabrication. Our designs have beenthoroughly field tested under arduousconditions.Heavy-duty frames of low carbon steelplate, reinforced with ribs, are fabricatedwith all mounting surfaces fully machinedto accurately align critical components.

Single Toggle Jaw Crusher Construction Details

JawsBack faces of all jaws are machine groundto provide firm support. Two piecereversible jaws are provided on our largercrushers to allow maximum jaw life. Thejaw-faces are fully reversible. Replaceablejaw-face backing plates are provided toprotect the machined jaw-face locationsand the jaw holder guard, providesprotection for the jaw holder bearinghousing.

ToggleThe toggle rolls across the flat pressure face ofthe toggle seat. No rubbing or scuffing takesplace and friction is kept to a minimum. Thistype of toggle system has the followingadvantages over the socket end type toggleand seat:• No lubrication whatsoever is required• The system can handle far greater crushingpressures.• The life factor of toggle and seats is manytimes greater.

Jaw-holder & Main Bearing HousingsCan be removed from the frame as anassembly. The jaw-holder is a robust boxconstruction with a fully machined face tosupport the moving jaw.

The AGARWALLA is a two-bearinginclined screen designed for heavy-duty scalping, intermediate sizing andfinished screening of virtually anymaterial. The screen is critical tomaximizing production of your plantand maximizing profit. Sizes rangefrom two, three and four deck units.

Single piece, continuously weldeddecks are Huck fastened to extradeep corner supports, and ruggedsteel side plates for a box-typestructural strength that is highlyresistant to racking. Corner supportsare full height for extra rigidity inthe side plate.

Inclined Vibrating Screen - Oil Cooled

Perforated plates, polyurethane panels or woven wire available. Strokesmodified to up to 13 mm by unbalanced weight. Adjustable rotation speed.Optional fixtures include special dusting hood, supporting frame, chutes.

VSI Section & Part List

BPA VSI is a modern age design for crushing sandmaking requirements. Feed materials dropthrough the feed tube onto the impeller table orenclosed rotor which, through centrifugal force,throws the material against stationary anvils madeup of composite metal alloys. When the rockcollides with the rock at such high speed, itshatters along the natural stress lines, creating auniform, cubical product. This method of crushingis simple and economical to operate.Intermediates and fines are produced, also thewear cost per ton is also minimum.
