Jason! has!worked! hard! to! become! an!important!part!of!the!COTA!team!and!has!displayed!many!positive!attributes!from!the!beginning.!

Jason’s! dedication! to! the! success!of! COTA!has!been! stellar! as! he! is!most!often! the! first! person!of! his!team!to!arrive!and! the! last! to! leave.!He!has!also!proven! to!be!extremely!professional! in!his!work!and!interactions!with!other!COTA!personnel,!fans,!race!teams!and!his!counterparts!within!the!many!different!racing! series! that! have! visited! the! track.! Jason! has! shown! exceptional! people!managing! and! problem!solving! skills! as! well,! and! has! often! been! the! point! man! on! several! race! weekend! projects! and!assignments!with!great!success.!

Above!all,! Jason!has! shown!a! level!of!passion! in!his!work! that!has!been!unrivaled!amongst!his!peers.!Throughout! the! many! hours! he! has! worked! during! our! events,! he! has! always! remained! upbeat! and!ready!to!perform!any!tasks!that!have!been!required!of!him!without!hesitation!while!often!volunteering!to!perform!other!tasks!when!he!has!completed!his!own.!!!
