IT Project Manager for Image Now and Enterprise Performance Management System (EPSi) Implementation. Other major systems

of responsibility include Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SharePoint, and Qlikview.

Work with project team detailing implementation tasks, functional and integration testing, training, conversion schedules,

United Regional Health Care System Wichita Falls, Texas Chief developer and architect of the core business intelligence systems supporting the healthcare needs of greater Wichita Falls,

Texas. Program Manager responsible for ensuring all healthcare business systems intercommunicate and operate in a time where

regulatory compliance and billing are constantly changing. Major systems of responsibility include Enterprise Performance

Management System (EPSi), Televox Enterprise Messaging System, Truven Health Care Discovery, NextGen, Allscripts SCM &

SCA, AMPFM and Patient Call Manager. Uses EPSI to Implement Yearly Hospital Budget with Rolling Forecast. Costs every chargeable item and service using a variety of Cost to Charge ratio and RVUs. DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY 2008 –2010

Frederick Independent School District Frederick, Oklahoma

Information technology director responsible for all information technology of the school district and satellite locations.

Duties include network/server/Firewall administration, desktop/laptop repair and maintenance, specialty computer lab

rooms and overall information security / sound operation and management. Sites include Frederick High School, Frederick Middle School, Frederick Elementary School, Prather Brown Elementary,

Tillman County Alternative Program School, and Frederick Schools Administration Building. Responsible for development and implementation of 3 year Technology Plan. Accountable for 8 Windows 2003 Servers including: MAS Student/Accounting Information System Server, LunchByte

Systems Lunch Room Server, Smart Computing Web Filter Server, Domain/ DNS/DHCP/Print/File Server, Follett Library

Information System Server, WAVE/SIF Server, Symantec End Point Protection Server and NWEA Testing Server Maintain and service 650 computers, including the operating systems, software and hardware. Maintain 8 computer labs with a minimum of 25 computers in each throughout the district. Maintain Cisco ASA 5510 Firewall Provide all technical support for 100 staff members and 1000 students in Frederick Independent School District including

computers, projectors, document cameras, smart boards, audio/video, biometric finger print scanners and bar code scanners. Testing Technology Support: Assured that 150 students tested at the same time without any bandwidth or computer

problems during Oklahoma State and NWEA testing three times a year; this also including transferring large amounts of

secure information before and after testing Installation and maintenance of Tungston Palm Pilots used for Dibels testing in Elementary Schools. Surveillance camera maintenance and video backup at administration and middle school. Responsible for selecting, ordering, and purchasing technology throughout school district. Provided staff development through various methods including presentations, classes in the computer lab and one-on-one

training. Provided support, in conjunction with Pioneer telephone, for 100 email accounts In addition to my basic duties while at FISD I have also

o Created three Ubuntu/Backup servers. o Created an Ubuntu/Moodle server for the High School. o Added 200 more computers to the school system. o Used Visual Basic, Scripting, and Batch files to automate administrative tasks. o Installed 13 projectors, document cameras, and 4 smart boards o Replaced all switches in school system with HP ProCurve POE 1GB 48 port switches which increased LAN from

100MBs to a 1GB LAN network. o Upgraded servers to 4GBs of RAM for increased speed for school system o Added surveillance cameras to Middle School, Administration Building, High School Gymnasium, and computer

work shop. o Obtained 700 computers including keyboards, speakers and mice, 90 flat screen monitors, 20 laptop computers for

the district through donations. o Replaced 10 year old computers throughout the district with donated computers.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INSTUCTOR 2007-2008 Southwest Technology Center Altus, Ok

Managed the PC Repair and Networking Program at Southwest Technology Center consisting of 15 high school

and adult students. Taught concepts needed to pass CompTIA A+, Network+, and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications. Developed and maintained a website for the class. Managed a student Helpdesk that was responsible for all network and pc repair problems during daytime hours for

Southwest Technology Center called into the helpdesk. Served as the interim Director of Technology, during his absence.

Project Manager which implemented McKesson Patient Location Tracking System to include the development and training

of the system hospital wide. Implemented Medication Administration System and trained 800 nursing staff Developed and maintained multiple intranet websites for the hospital and the departments within. Database Administrator for CareLearning and Lawson educational databases including the importing/exporting, retrieval,

and storage of 1600 employee files. Developed and presented PowerPoint presentations covering various topics to all levels of employees at the hospital. Responsible for employee education related to information technology throughout the hospital to include Microsoft Office,
