Managed the internal technical training program including curriculum design, evaluation, and administration. Personally taught over 250 training seminars and guest lectured for numerous undergraduate and graduate classes. Created, developed, and managed Loyola’s World Wide Web presence. Advised and trained faculty in the use of the Web in the curriculum, consulted on the first use of asynchronous Web discussion into traditional undergraduate classes and the development of Loyola’s first virtual course.

Associate Engineer (Communications) Loral/IBM Federal Systems Company (1992-1994)

Served as a communications engineer in a multi-program classified environment. Responsible for problem determination, troubleshooting, and expansion of mission-critical communications backbone. Assisted in the planning, configuration, and maintenance of local and wide area network infrastructures. Designed, configured, and administered several video conferencing systems.

Provided support for the development of a searchable electronic database of peer-reviewed published research concerning homeschooling. Developed and managed a content management system-based web site for NHERI.
