Responsibilities : Application Developer in SAP ABAP.

SAP Technical Experience`Have worked on the following developments:

1. TW Load close update SAP (Transware SAP) Create an interface from existing Transportation management solution (Transware) to SAP with

the load-close information and the update in SAP. Currently Load close information is available in JBA. The JBA ERP system which will retire.

Purpose of the EDI message is to provide all relevant information from Transware to SAP and enable tracking information in SAP. Data will be present in Idoc which needs to update the tracking details in SAP system.

2. Sales order by ID query response New Node needs to be created under the existing node by PI team. Then data needs to be passes

to the extended structure.

3. Retrigger Output (3PL SAP)

Create a Global Interface to help 3PLs to Reprint MDT documents such as Delivery Notes, Export Invoice, Proforma invoice etc. in MDT Printers placed at the 3PL site. Based on the need at the 3PL, this Interface can retrigger the respective MDT SAP output types for Outbound Delivery, Multiple Deliveries, Handling Units, Shipments and Billing Documents. The information that is imported to SAP is amongst others: Application, Object Key, Output Type, Transmission Medium and Selection Type.

Joblog is checked to ensure if output type has been processed successfully or not. If processing is not successful then failure table is maintained and If any error log is present in

error log internal table. Then email is sent to notify about the list of failure output types.

Have worked on the following developments:

1. SmartForms: Invoice layout Form :


Requirement : Invoice is final document which is sent to the customer for the amount needs to be pay. This document will reference to customer before he executes the payment.

1.Single Invoice - it should be able to create the single billing manually with all relevant pricing and master data reference from FWSD. 2. Bulk Invoices - Mass billing of customers at time should be possible with the reference.If the company code of the business partner is TR, invoice layout(labels, charge types ets) should be in Turkish. If not the TR, should be printed in English.

Specific Responsibility:

The new class is being called with the help of exit handler (Enhancement Strategy), written inside an application form ,the code will run and with the help of it the entire data has been passed to methods inside the class for processing and the same has been taken from methods in exporting parameters and has been passed to smart form based on certain conditions .

In Application form I have created two User-exits, one is for triggering country specific Layouts and other is for populating fields to be shown on the Layout.

2. Data Conversion from ECC to GTS

Requirement : All product master attributes of ACTIVE products within scope should be transferred to SAP GTS. Additional records will be loaded incrementally.

Specific Responsibility:Data elements should be translated to SAP GTS per this specification(Extraction, Transformation, Load).Tcode were created for file upload from Application server or Presentation server and then processing.

Worked as a part of the Support Pack upgrade team which is critical in terms of functionality change and the new enhancement packs.

Got in touch with the client directly and resolve the side-effects and the issues. Worked in Sandbox, development, Acceptance, CATT, Pre-Production and Production

SAP systems for implementing code changes. Worked in HPQC for testing scenarios and solving defects. Worked in Panaya for code correction and cloned program.

Aim of support pack Upgrade project was to move from support pack level 2 to level 7 in all the landscape (Sandbox, development, Acceptance, CATT, Pre-Production and Production Systems).
