Final Goal Objectives

1. Increase of source separation compostable waste and recycle waste in 60% residence area and 80% commercial area in 2012.

2. Development best waste collection system.

3. Construction of Semi aerobic ( Fukuoka method) new land fill site for 10% of other waste in 2012

4. Increase of recycle waste biasness 10% to 40% in 2012

5. Improvement of quality of compost and development compost biasness 40000 $ per year.
