Board approved the new Peoria Teacher Evaluation Process
Administrators have been through over 40 hours of training on the new Peoria Teacher Evaluation Process
Teachers have been through 4 modules of training on the new Peoria Teacher Evaluation Process
Teachers created goals and a self-reflection All administrators have completed one evaluation on
their non-continuing teachers (less than 3 years in PUSD)

Future Plans for Spring and Summer, 2012
An electronic survey will be administered to all teachers and administrators about the Peoria Teacher Evaluation Process
Data will be used to gage progress and make adjustments Committee of almost 100 teachers across several grades
levels and content areas has been convened to look at adding the data piece for the 33% to 50% of student achievement data to the Peoria Teacher Evaluation Process per ARS 15-203
Committee of principals and assistant principals has been convened to draft a new principal evaluation process that is aligned with the teacher evaluation process
Goal is to seek board approval in late April or early May
