Welcome to a family run and club level motorcycle race team, we have the opportunity for you to get your company name and brand on a stand out championship winning bike seen by thousands. In 2017 we will be competing in the ThundersportGB GP1 Sportsman/Elite Championship - one of the most competitive club level race series in the country.

My name is Jamie Tibble, I have just completed my second season of racing with British Motorcycle Racing Club, winning the Clubman 1000 Championship riding a Kawasaki ZX10R.

Over the last two years we have built an efficient and professional approach to our racing. Team Tibble was formed by myself when I decided to take to racing and looked to my family for their help and support, most of which have experience within the racing industry. We have not yet reached our potential, success is not all about the riding. With a good team infrastructure and financial support we know we can achieve bigger and better results.

Sponsorship will be crucial to the success of the team and would provide us with the time we need to prepare and practice efficiently, qualify better and push for even more podium finishes and higher level championship results.

The big aim is to ride and challenge at British level with BSB, recognised worldwide, riding with the best that British racing has to offer by 2018 and with your help we can do this!

I consider myself a Yorkshire man at heart and proudly wear the Yorkshire rose on my helmet. A love for motorbikes has been in my blood all my life, having been brought up following my cousin’s racing career. I started racing at a later age than most but at 24 years of age I joined the British Motorcycle Racing Club as a rookie in their dedicated Rookie 600 class. For my second year in racing we made a last-minute switch to the Clubman 1000 championship, which turned out to be a great decision as we won the championship by 154 points. And also won the special accolade; Vince Bennett Trophy at Brands Hatch GP in August 2016 and BMCRC Clubman of the year, at the awards presentation in November 2016.

One of my favourite career highlights is my first ever race win during my rookie season in 2015 at Silverstone International Circuit. It was a tough race. It started dry then rained on the warm up lap but stopped almost straight away. They let us race but still on dry tyres on a damp track.

The track was drying out nicely and then about 2 laps from the end the heavens opened, I tried to stay as smooth as possible and managed to

catch the leaders, taking the win on the final corner.

Another racing highlight in the 2016 season, not having a lot of race experience but being able to adapt to the power of the 191 BHP

Kawasaki ZX10R. Quickly learning how to control and get the best from the bike. To go on to winning races and claiming my first championship

is definitely one of the finest moments I have experienced.

2017 SEASON

For the 2017 season we will be joining Thundersport GB and entering the GP1 Sportsman Elite and hope to challenge for the Championship and in addition to that would like to do various rounds with other clubs to gain more experience including making wildcard appearances in the British Superstock 1000 Championship.
