My name is Jamie Greenlees and I am a VP of Sales & Marketing and board member working

for Private Equity backed Biotech Company based out of Palo Alto, CA. I am English by

nationality and I have 15 + years of healthcare sales management and operations leadership as

well as an MBA from University Of Oxford.

I had the pleasure of working for Larry Harvey in a managerial capacity. I reported to Larry

when he was the Executive Director of Sales for a medical device company called Osteomed. I

would like to share some commentary on this experience:

Larry has an extremely effective and high energy leadership style. He definitely possesses a good blend of analytical and strategic thinking at a macro level as well as the ability to get the job

done at a local or more regional level. I would say that he definitely operates at an effective intersection of where high level strategy meets tactical deployment.

This is been proven by his consistent ability to model a business for a new product as well and drive the sales into highly competitive markets and market segments. He has time and time again

been successful in less time than industry expectations would predict. Larry is also very adept at managing individuals to improved performance in relatively short

time. I have witnessed individual’s progression towards well-rounded executives under his watchful tutor ledge. I count myself in this group of individuals who have learnt from Larry.

Larry is extremely dedicated and really does put a lot of energy and pride into everything he does while not forgetting the importance of family life and personal interest. I have learned a lot from

Larry's ability to be very successful but maintain a work life balance enabling focus on both a happy family as well as a successful business. Only truly talented people with the right focus get

this formula right because normally one area or the other will suffer, but this is not the case with Larry Harvey.

I want to express my upmost respect and admiration for both the core business abilities of Larry but also the outstanding person who Larry is.
