Detectives believeJames Rector is in possession ofletters sent to him by Justin Rector which includeevidence related to the Murder of Isabella Grogan.

in the City of Bullhead City, County of Mohave, State of Arizona, there is now beingpossessed or concealed certain person(s), property or things described as letters orcorrespondence between Justin Rector and James Rector. Detectives believe JamesRector is in possession of letters sent to him by Justin Rector which include evidencerelated to the Murderof Isabella Grogan.

That the following facts establish probable cause for believing that the grounds for theissuance ofa search warrant for the aforementioned items exists:

PROBABLE CAUSE:

On September 2, 2014 an eight year old child identified asIsabella Grogan wasreported as missing from her residence. Isabella was later found in ashallow Graveafter being murdered. During the investigation Detectives found evidence that afamilyfriend identified as Justin Rector vsas responsible for the Murder and was arrested.

After the arrest ofJustin Rector a Subpoena was issued requesting copies ofallconversations and phone calls made by Justin Rector from the Mohave County Jail inKingman, Arizona.

On December 1, 2014 your Affiant received acopy of one phoneoajLThd phone callwas made on November 14, 2014 to the phone number MM | Due to pastphone calls Detectives knew this phone number belonged to Justin Rector's fatheridentified asJames Rector. Detectives have also heard numerous phone calls betweenJames and Justin Rector and were able to identify the voice ofJames Rector.

During the phone call Justin Rector advises James Rector that he no longer wishes tospeak to him on the telephone and does not want James Rector to visit him. JustinRector also claims he is upset because James Rector spoke to his Attorney. JamesRector stated "Oh the letter you sent me that you said you killed that little girl". JustinRector replied "yea" James Rector explained that Justin Rector should not make those

comments.

Jam., Rector currently lives and receives mail BhHI Bullhead City; MohaveCounty; Arizona with his Girlfriend Pamela Pokorny.

Your Affiant prays this Search warrant is granted to obtain the letter sent to JamesRector by Justin Rector which contains evidence of aMurder. Your Affiant believesadditional letters may be located which also contain evidence of Murder.

OFFICER'S EXPERIENCE

Your Affiant has been a certified sworn peace officer in Mohave County Arizona since1998. Your Affiant is currently employed by the Bullhead City Police Department as aDetective assigned to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations since 2011. Your Affianthas formal training and experience in the investigation of criminal activity from suchagencies as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Arizona Department of Public Safety,Mohave County Sheriff's Department, Bullhead City Police Department, Arizona POST,US Drug Enforcement Agency and El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC).

Affiant believes that the following information demonstrates good cause, pursuant toA.R.S. Section 13-3917 for permitting this warrant to be served at any time of the day ornight: Requesting DayTime search warrant.

Wherefore affiant prays that asearch warrant be issued commanding that an immediatesearch be made for the person, property orthings herein described, ofthe persons,premises and building, and vehicles described, and that the same be arrested, orretained in the custody ofaffiant or in the custody ofthe agency which affiantrepresents and disposed ofaccording to law, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 13-3920.
