Dear Parents, I wish to express my earnest gratitude for your ceaseless support. I keep in touch with you by and by about the month passed by. This month has been an extremely frenzied but an energizing one. The school witnessed numerous different exercises. The Half Yearly Examination initiated on the 16th of September and concluded on the 26th of September, 2019.The students were seen burning the midnight oil to achieve the targets they had set for themselves. The Review Meetings are scheduled through the week and I am quite hopeful that we witness an encouraging result. On the 27th of September, 2019, a Food Fest and DJ night was organised for the students to unwind. They had a fun-filled evening with music and food which was prepared by their very own teachers. All the children had a stunning time. The Founder's Day would be held on October 19 and October 20, 2019. As I write to you, the school is preparing for the much awaited Founder's Day and Athletics Meet. My sincere wishes to each one of you. Hope to see all of you on Founder's Day 2019.

Rallying for Climate Change:HOW DARE YOU?

Around this time last year, Greta Thunberg was photographed sitting alone outside the Swedish Parliament with a placard reading “Skolstrejk för klimatet”, meaning ‘School Strike for Climate’. A year later, that photo, along with many other images of her early climate activism days, had gone viral across social media. Within a year, Thunberg managed to inspire millions of children across the world. This week, as part of a global movement, climate strikes under the 'Fridays for Future' banner have been organised across 150 countries, and thousands of children and adults have joined Thunberg in her quest to question world leaders about their empty promises and lax attitude towards mitigating climate change. While the Swedish teenager has received global attention for her stoic nature and no-nonsense approach while speaking to those in power, several young people in India have also drawn inspiration from her to shake up the system and protect the Earth’s environmental health.
