All advertisers will be supplied 2 (two) complimentary copies of the programme on request.

Terms & Conditions: The order constitutes the entire binding agreement and a firm commitment to the publishers of the Official Jaguar Simola Hillclimb Programme, 2Heads Advertising cc (The Publisher). All and any cancelled orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All illustrations, designs and words used in advertisements and commissioned pages must be in good taste and must comply with all the regulations of the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa. The signatory, whether on behalf of a company, closed corporation, trust, association or partnership, binds himself as surety and co-principal debtor with the client for the fulfilment of all the clients obligations herein. The publisher reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any advertisement at its sole discretion. Artwork may be submitted in PDF, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Illustrator or high resolution CMYK JPG or TIFF formats. No liability is accepted for errors of any kind whatsoever for incorrectly submitted artwork. No spatial position in respect of advertisement placement or reservation can be guaranteed unless expressly specified and booked in advance. Payment on presentation of Tax Invoice and interest at maximum permissible rate will be added to overdue accounts. Cancellations after 1 April 2017 will be liable for the full cost of this order.
