Registration:  Registration opens at 7:30 AM and closes 30 minutes prior to the start of each race.   Day of race registration will incur an additional $5 Fee. Registration is located in Mike Onka Hall near the start/finish line.  You must have your current USAC license. Riders may enter a second race for $10. One-Day licenses will be available for beginner riders and are not available to riders who have previously upgraded beyond beginner categories. A one-day license is $15.00 and is available at registration. Online registration is available until Thursday, July 23, 2015 at http://www.usacycling.org. KCA, MOBRA, and USACycling rider insurance fees are included in the entry fee, but on-line registration fees will have a small additional charge. Junior Entry fees are sponsored by the keen wealth advisors and the KCA. Course:  3.9 Mile circuit race around the hills of Sugar Creek. Starting North on Vermont street The course will head around a left bend onto Putnam Street. Hard right turn will take you onto Sterling Ave then another slight right to start the 1 mile climb on Kentucky Ave. Right on River Blvd will take you south until A right onto Mallison rd will take you down a long Descent until you reach an s curve with a right on Forest st and a quick Left onto Wayne City Rd. A final right bend will bring you back to Vermont with a short hill to the finish line. The course does include some open roads, so all participants need to be on the lookout for traffic.

Directions:   From I-70, Exit on Sterling Rd in Independence and Travel North 4.5 miles. Parking for the race is at the empty lot at corner of Sterling Rd and Elizabeth st.

From 435, Exit on 24 Hwy and travel East for 2.4 miles. Head North on Sterling Rd for another mile. Parking for the race is at the empty lot at corner of Sterling Rd and Elizabeth st. Registration is located in Mike Onka Hall near the start/finish line. 1150 E. Putnam St. Sugar Creek, MO

Rules:   All USAC rules apply.   You must wear a CPSC approved helmet at all times.   Promoter and officials reserve the right to adjust race times and combine classes.  Junior Gear Development Rules apply.  Riders under 18 must have rider release signed by parent or guardian.   Races will be held rain or shine.   The Truman Cup races are both part of the 2015 KCA KBAR/KBAT Series.  Individual and team points will be awarded towards the KBAR/KBAT & Keen Wealth Cup Championships per the 2015 KCA KBAR/KBAT rules.  2014 KBAR Winners receive one free entry in these races.

Course:  Four corner .7 mile course around the Independence downtown square and lined by local restaurants and businesses. The race will start and finish near the recently restored historic Jackson County Courthouse and will feature a slight uphill rise to the finish line. The course is outlined by Maple to the north (Start/Finish); Main to the east; Kansas to the south; and Spring to the West.

Directions:  From I-70, exit on Noland Road in Independence and travel north 3 miles to Walnut Street and turn left. The Independence Square is on your right after you cross the railroad tracks, however, you are encouraged to park in the large parking lot on the corner of Walnut and Osage. Overflow parking is located at the corner of N Memorial Drive and E Truman road as well as the corner of E Lexington and N Lynn St. Registration and the start/finish line is north 2 blocks to Maple and east 11⁄2 blocks near Main. The address for the Courthouse is 111 W. Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64050.
