SCHEDULING
Scheduling an Event
1. Most Events are Preloaded onto Printable Calendar & Google
2. If your event is not pick a date and check for conflicts with major religious holidays
3. Get approval from PTA co-Presidents (who will also run it by Dr. Reich )
4. Have the office staff write the approved date on the large calendar in the school office and notify the PTA Secretary so it can be posted on any applicable bulletin boards.
5. E-mail the co-President Elects to add your event to the website calendar
Reserving the PTA Conference Room
Contact the PTA Presidents to reserve the PTA conference room
Help with Set Up
Email Mr Williams with details of the setup requirements [email protected]
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Website Postings( including electronic flyers) must be pre-approved
by PTA Co-presidents & sent to Dana Ugwonali to upload [email protected]
Pause Issued bi-weekly by Allison Battista, please email entries by
2.30pm Monday [email protected]
Room Parent Email Issued bi- weekly please send entries to Tiffany Walton & cc
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Banners These are designed and produced through the PTA Presidents. Please send
event details, time, date & any logos 3 weeks prior to event

White Board Christy Fiftal will update the Primary Board, please send items for the
following week by 10am [email protected]
Digital Board
Erika Eaton will update the Digital Board at Main, please send items for the following week by 10am Friday
PRINTED COMMUNICATIONS
Flyers Pre-approve these with Dr. Reich via Co Presidents . Email a soft copy to co-presidents by 8pm Sunday for
approval on Mondays
Photocopying B&W Photocopiers are in the Primary & Main PTA rooms only use for <150 copies Password & user name is 4321
Risoprinter in Main Staff Room for B&W copies >150 Password 2222
External Printing & Color Copying
Please preapproval with co-presidents prior to getting work done
All external printing should be done at by our partner Buck Blue
Circulation
The # of kids per teacher per grade is available in office. Please place flyers in each teachers mail slot & don’t forget 5th Grade & Dr Kulka!
VOLUNTEERS & ATTENDEES
Volunteers Please recruit via Sign Up Genius which you should send to all room parents. If you have questions on using Sign up Genius or getting room parent info please contact Tiffany Walton at
Attendees Eventbrite is the online tool we are using to get RSVPs for events and
to collect payment Please contact Dana Ugwonali to set up an Eventbrite
