PROFILE

American Expat with 4 years’ work experience outside of the US, with a love of understanding cultural norms worldwide. I strive to both instill everything that I have learned in the team that I am leading, as well as learn from those within my team to better my leadership abilities then, as well as in the future. Keeping organized and setting personal KPI’s to push myself to my limits keeps me focused on the target at hand, as well as stimulates me to perform better each time. I am a self-motivated individual that likes a challenge. Moreover, I am capable of adapting to fluid situations, even in times when action may not necessarily fall under my designated duties (a skill I have developed through running a business of my own).

After having amassed such a large base of clients, essentially marketing my services to the point of capacity, I determined it was time to move on.

IProSpeak – Worldwide (internet based)
