Personal Mission Statement
There needs to be focus on building belief in the culture, emotion and value a product line
brings to customers. This is what new sales leadership must deliver. I believe I can
contribute vital skills that can specifically answer these needs as well as increase a
company’s bottom-line profits.
Highlighted below are my ABC principles as well as some of my major qualifications and
accomplishments:
Attitude is more important than education, than money, failures, successes, than what other people think or say or do. It will make or
break a company. The remarkable thing is we have a choice. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the inevitable. Li fe is 10% what happens and 90% how we react to it.
Because I am driven by challenges and undaunted by obstacles, my strengths to build and maintain strong working relationships, while
focused on a companies’ mission, will help build on those successes.
Clear and frequent communication, recognition of accomplishments, setting accountability standards and being a servant leader will
garner loyalty and inspire cooperation from subordinates, peers and management.
Qualifications
Performance – Recognized as a sales professional who meets and exceeds performance goals while maintaining budget
allocations. Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative partnerships with customers, marketing and manufacturing and the
ability to motivate team members to provide quality service. A risk-taker with entrepreneurial ideas who works within company
policies, procedures and systems.
Relationships – Perceived as a results-oriented, motivated, flexible sales manager who leads by example. Valued by
subordinates and peers for honesty, a great sense of humor and tenacity of purpose. Especially competent at creating and
developing effective sales teams. Will bring a broad perspective from work experiences to the position, effectively working
with people at all levels within and outside the company.
Results – Effective communicator who motivates compliance, consistency and accountability. Highly developed multi-tasking
and organizational skills enhance planning, analysis, prioritization and implementation of strategies, forecasting, goals and
objectives for program success.
Diversity – Born & raised in Chicago, college in Iowa; lived and worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Richmond,
Virginia before moving to north-central Florida.
