Luther is an author and master trainer of evidence-based practices in corrections, having designed, implemented and researched these approaches in jurisdictions across the US. Serving in the field of corrections for many years has afforded her the opportunity to explore the components of implementation throughout the continuum of criminal justice care. She has focused her work on the principle of Responsivity related to effective intervention on an individual and systems level. Currently, she is the chief executive officer of Correctional Rehabilitation Services, LLC, consulting on national and international projects. Ms. Luther is passionate about our collective ability to facilitate pro-social change.
