Dueler's Den VIP Rental Policies!• The Dueler's Den VIP area holds a MAXIMUM of 25 people and rents for $250. This area
must be claimed by one of your party no later than 8:30PM. Doors to the club open at 7PM. If a private event is booked for earlier in the evening the doors will open to the public ~8:30PM. The same claim time is enforced."
Failure to arrive at the time stipulated above will result in the loss of your reservation and seating in general. The Ivory Room is not responsible nor required to find alternate seating for any party missing their reservations. There are no exceptions. 8:31PM is considered LATE."
• Due to fire regulations and for server convenience, tables and chairs are not to be moved from their current location for any reason.!
• Cover charge is included for up to 25 people. Any new people arriving beyond that are $5/ea. Our door staff will make this determination and decide when to charge cover. There is no "transferring" cover charges if one person from the party leaves and a new one arrives and the count is kept under 25."
• If you intend on bringing Guests under 21 they must be accompanied by a parent. "• There is no cover charge on Tuesdays/Wednesdays"• Cocktail service start ~ 8:30pm. Cocktail service prior to 8:30pm can be arranged given a
