(B) Remote E·voting Notice is further given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of Hie Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management 'and Administration) Rules, 2014 duly amended and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations, and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-of! daie i.e. 20th September, 2019, may cast their vote electronically on the ordinary and special business, as' set out in the Notice of AGM :through electronic voting system of Karvy Fintech Pv!. Ltd. (Karvy), the Share Transfer Agents of-the Eornpanv through their portal https:/Ievoting.karvy.com from a place other than the venue of AGM ('remote e-votinq'l. The detailed procedure! instructions for remote e-votinq have been provided, in the Notice of AGM and also available at the website of Karvy. All the members are informed that: (a). The Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice of AGM may be transacted
