The CPP mede blowing machine is used for large infusión plastic bottle automatic blowing in two
steps.
Characteristics
1. Adopt new high speed vertical rotary pre-form feeding system. No need to charge the specific

XGF Washing, Filling and Sealing IV-Solution Production Line for Plastic Bottle
Main application
This unit is made up of three parts, ionec air washing or ionec air & water washing, constant
pressure filling and hot melting sealing, it can automatically finish the processes of bottle-upping,
bottle entering, bottle reversion by manipulator or, ionec wind reversely blowing and washing, bottle-
conveying, fixed quantify filling, cap collating, capping, simultaneously heating of cap and bottle
neck, air eliminating, hot melting sealing, bottle coming-out, etc. It is applicable to the washing,
filling and sealing production for soft or hard PP Plastic bottle IV solution.

Characteristics
Washing, filling and sealing are closely connected, thus it occupies less space. It has simple
installation, easy operationand high automation. It can be widely applied to various shapes of round, flat pastic bottles and other IV solution
bottles. It adopts ionic wind washing without wáter. When there is trouble, it will alarm and control the
whole production line. The line adopts PLC programable controller, wich is powerful and complete in intelligence
control. It adopts unique CIP and SIP, which is time-asving for washing and effective sterilization. Time,
pressure and temperatura of CIP, SIP can be easy adjusted on the touch screen by operators acoording to products needs.
Parameter setting is protective on operation, each parameter ca be seen, modified and monitrored on the touch screen, it’s easy to opérate, for example, you can preset maximun and minimun temperatura to avoid man-made error.
Various shapes of plastic bottles can run smoothly in this machine without replacing specifications, specially for softbag production.
Bottle-hanging station It adopts direct link conveying track and thumbweel. It also accelerates bottle-hinging with clean compressed air. Bottle washing station It adopts ionic wind washing without water. When there is trouble, it will alarm and stop the motor, if there is no bottle in this station, it will cut off automatically. Filling Station It combines new filling technology of constant voltaje with international filling valve. Each filling tuve has a filling pipe to finish CIP and SIP, which is exact in filling volume. Cap-handing station It adopts principles of electromagnetic resonance to hand caps with ionic wind on the top of cap. It will alarm when there is not cap or cap locking. Heat sealing station It seals by heating continuously and rapid pressing, which has good quality and smooth sealing. The heating part consists of two layers and can be used for bottle heating and cap heating. Heating temperatura and time are adjustable. Bottle discharging station After cap welding, bottles are delivered to bottle discharging track by thumbwheel. When manipulator is open, bottle hanging track will take away bottle and washing-filling-sealing process is finished.
