The MIB curriculum consists of a commoncore of fundamental courses in internaonaleconomics, management, corporate socialresponsibility, markeng, accounng, legalenvironment of business, a set of special-izaon courses and a capstone appliedproject that can take the form of an extended

It was a fantasc experience to be part

of such an Internaonal environment

and to be able to share experiences

with students coming from all over the

globe.

One of my best memories at IUM was the me spent with my team

mates during group exercises as I learnt a lot on how to cope with

various personalies and conicts of interest in order to nd com-

promise soluons at the end.I learned much about how businesses developed internaonally,

how mulnaonal organizaons operate, how to best apply

ecient decision-making processes and all this while further

developing my interpersonal skills.

While studying I have surely made best use of the Monaco

business environment and rich nightlife to make new friends,

future business contacts that are surely going to be useful

someme in the future. Not to menon the fun I had while playing

waterpolo for the local team.

The skills I learned at IUM are certainly becoming more useful

now speaking from a professional point of view as an Area Sales

Manager for GEOX with 8 countries in Eastern Europe under my

responsibility. All in all IUM was a great launching ramp for my

career denitely and I thank all the teachers and sta for their

support, especially my program director Mrs. Rinaldi and the

career oce.

All the group projects I have undertaken,

while studying in the MIBGA, have en-

abled me to develop a good team spirit,

which helped me to rapidly integrate in a

current team of 15 members.

Studying Internaonal Business has given me a deep understand-

ing of the corporate world and developed the crical thinking

that I make use of in my current posion at Hewle-Packard:

analycal skills, results driven atude, vision anddeterminaon made me stand out and be elected my teams

Talent of 2011. This represents an outstanding performance since

usually employees are enrolled in the program aer at least one

year in the company and connuously achieve excellent results

and contribuons.

The Talent Management (TM) program comprises a series of

workshops and trainings that prepare talented employees in the

Credit and Collecons department for future roles of team-leads,

supervisors or specialists in chosen elds. My manager provided

me with the opportunity to benet from the TM program

aer only 6 months within the company. Personally, the MIBGA

experience has had a great contribuon to my personal and

professional success.
