Rebate RulesQualified independent repair facilities (IRFs) that have registered with the Motorcraft Professional Service Network by 6/30/18 are entitled to the rebates indicated on this form. Visit www.motorcraftpsn.com for a list of qualifying parts. Rebate must be claimed by an IRF. Product must be purchased from a Ford or Lincoln Dealership or a Ford Authorized Distributor. All Ford and Lincoln Dealers and employees are ineligible. Purchase invoice date and sale date must fall within program period of 4/1/18 to 6/30/18 to be eligible for the rebate. Retain a copy of rebate and original invoice for your records in the event backup documentation is requested.
