BBB files indicate that the business is located in Wadsworth, OH, but the Creations by Pammies' Facebook page indicated that the business might have recently relocated to Amherst, Ohio. When consumers tried to contact the business to see when they will receive their orders, or to request tracking information of their order, they either received empty promises from the business or did not receive a response at all. Consumers also complained that they never received their refunds as requested and/or promised. Some consumers were even blocked from the Facebook page, after numerous attempts of trying to contact her. With the average wedding costing around $25,000, BBB is advising consumers to use caution when placing orders online and paying upfront, as there is little or no money to gamble on unreliable vendors.
