Terms and Conditions How to Enter Simply register to watch our ITIL webinar and you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of 15 copies of Peter Farenden’s ITIL for Dummies. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of Sunrise Software, or anyone connected with the draw

2. Open to any Sunrise contact who registers to watch the ITIL Webinar. 3. Only contacts of Sunrise Software are eligible 4. Only one entry per person is allowed 5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash 6. The prize may change at any time 7. All prizes subject to availability 8. Winners must notify Sunrise Software of their address and the prize will be posted by

recorded delivery 9. Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason,

by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions

10. Entry is free. No purchase necessary 11. No closing date, the first 15 entries received will receive the book. 12. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered 13. Winners will be notified by email. 14. Winners agree to take part in future promotional activity, including announcements on

social media sites. Judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into 15. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to pay any tax or NI contribution applicable to this
