Overview of the scope for Buildings

Reinforced Concrete Buildings 250 000 m3 of concrete (including 190 000 m3 for Nuclear buildings) 21 000 m2 footprint 750 000 m3 building volumeSteel Frame Buildings 29 000 m2 footprintPower supplies (HV, MV, and LV distribution) Detailed design, installation and commissioning Procurement of the emergency generators, the cables, and 25% of the SSEN

TB03 – Work progress•Assembly building

Objective: Ready for crane rails installation : 20 October 2015

The steel frame of the Assembly Hall building is starting to take shape with the fourth level sections of the massive columns being erected in the east facade and west facade has started the erection of the 2nd level.

Preparatory works for the assembly of the roof on the floor are ongoing.

The roof will be lifted in one piece once assembled.
