UPOU now invites -ids for the pro.ect Provision of ec!rit ervices for UPOU

ead/!arters &he contract period shall -e for one ear startin" from the iss!ance of the

s!-mission and receipt of -ids, a contract similar to the pro.ect and e/!ivalent to fift
