With the 2013-27 SOR Bonus Promotion, we’ll double the hardware SOR value for every Kodak i5200 or i5600 Series Scanner you buy with a Kodak Care Kit Extended Warranty—so you earn an even bigger margin on every scanner you sell while knowing that your customers are getting the most e� cient service available to protect their investment.

How does it work?For every Kodak i5000 Series Scanner that’s sold with an extended warranty care kit, we’ll double the hardware SOR value you’d normally get. Keep it or share it with your customers. Limited Time Only!The 2013-27 SOR Bonus Promotion is valid from June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013. All prior sales are excluded. All sales must close by Sept. 30, 2013 or the SOR expiration date, whichever is sooner.

Combinable with all programs and promotions associated with the SOR program, including the Trade-In program.

Not combinable with special pricing actions including price letters or Sales Opportunity SPA Discounts.

Resellers must have an approved SOR registration which was submitted on or after April 1, 2013. In order to qualify for the bonus, resellers will need to update approved SOR registrations that do not currently include care kits. Reseller must purchase the scanner and an extended warranty care kit for the scanner at the same time. U.S. Distributors must sell to U.S. Resellers and the products must be used within the United States. Canadian Distributors must sell to Canadian Resellers, and the products must be used in Canada.

Kodak will be the sole judge on eligible sales and Program disputes. All decisions made by Kodak regarding rebate eligibility and rebate issuance are fi nal. In the event of order cancellation and return, rebated amounts will be charged back. In the event of order cancellations, returns, or incomplete fulfi llment of an SOR, Kodak reserves the right to charge back the price discount amounts or any portion thereof. Kodak reserves the right to change, and/or cancel the Program with 30 days written and/or electronic notifi cation.
