Once you sign up we will provide you with a unique email address, message board access and a US telephone number to call and leave your task instructions.
PURCHASE HOURS IN ADVANCE WITH NO FIXED CONTRACTBuy hours in blocks of 25, 50 and 100 hours. The hours are valid for up to one year. Receive a daily update on the number of hours used. If your hours are exhausted you can buy additional hours online and top up your account. There is no fixed monthly or annual contract.
VAs WORK IN TEAMSYou will be assigned a VA coordinator who in turn will get your tasks completed with the help of a team of virtual assistants. This ensures you are not dependent on an individual VA who may be unavailable on a particular day. We can also seamlessly scale up the number of VAs working for you to accommodate larger tasks, forming teams of up to 100 VAs.
VA SKILL LEVELVMG VAs can handle most of the routine administrative and internet tasks that you are currently doing. This includes basic level internet research, routine writing and editing tasks, all the usual MS Office tasks, routine outbound phone tasks, social media tasks like posting messages on blogs, forums, social networks and so on. Highly specialized tasks like creating web sites, logo design, search engine optimization (SEO), business plan preparation, QuickBooks account organization, etc will be

DELIVERY TIMETask completion times depend on the volume and scope of work. Routine tasks are completed within two business days. Simple tasks may can be completed overnight depending on our current work load. Always check and confirm with us before sending in very urgent tasks to be completed within a short deadline.
SHARE YOUR VA HOURSYou can share your VMG VA account with your colleagues, team or even family members. We will provide an individual online message board for each member of your team. Enable your team to delegate all their low end tasks and spend their time strategically growing your business and working on bottom-line functions. For example: if your inhouse team is currently spending their time on first level customer support email, social network monitoring, etc. – these can all be delegated to your less expensive VMG VA Team.
MONTHLY REVIEW CALL Every month we will call you over phone/Skype to review the quality of our work. We will also suggest new ways to use our services more effectively.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONDISCLOSUREVMG respects your confidentially. We will never disclose your name or contact details without written permission. All work submitted is safely stored online in a secure message board and only trusted
VAs whom we have interviewed and screened will have access to your information. If ever you decide to cancel our service we will delete your project message board entirely.

Terms and ConditionsThe VMG VA team works between 11.30 PM EST to 8.30 AM EST (4.30 GMT to 1.30 PM GMT) Monday to Friday. What this means is if you write to us or post new task messages during these hours you will receive a quick response/acknowledgment from us. If you write to us outside these hours you will hear from us on our next business day only.
If you wish to speak with us over phone / Skype please allow us at least two business days time to schedule the call in our calendar.
If you send us highly specialized tasks like creating web sites, creating a new logo, search engine optimization (SEO), software development, preparing a new business plan, organizing your accounts using QuickBooks, etc. we will get it done with the help of our in house or third party specialists at an extra cost. This cost will not be covered under the "hours" you have purchased so you have to pay extra for these specialized tasks.
All invoices for specialized work must be paid in advance in full (or as per the payment milestones) before we can start work.
There are no payment refunds available. If you are unhappy with our work you can let us know and we will where ever possible re-do the work without any additional cost to you.
By signing up for our services you agree that for the duration of this contracts with VMG BPO and for a period of two years immediately following the termination of the relationship you will not attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees of VMG BPO, either for yourselves or for any other person or entity. If you violate this non solicitation agreement, you would need to compensate VMG BPO ten times the annual business loss that has resulted by your action.
We will delete the entire contents of your online virtual assistant services message board if your account is "inactive" for more than 3 months. By inactive we mean when there are no hours available in your account for more than three months.
