REGULATION FOR THE USE OF CONFERENCE ROOMS

1) the Fair allows the concessionaire to use the room appointed in the reservation form for the aforesaid purposes. the form defines the days and the timetable of its use.

2) the concessionaire has to clear the conference room, emptying its entry, no later than the fixed time. contrarily, the Fair is allowed to remove all the goods occupying the room, at the concessionaire’s own expenses and risk. the Fair accepts no liability for any resulting damage. Moreover, the Fair accepts noliability for any personal belonging, object or valuable left in the room or in other areas of the Fair. 3) the concessionaire is liable for any damage to persons and/or to goods caused by himself, by supplies, by used or showed goods or by people cooperating with him (employees and/or collaborators). Fiera di Forlì s.P.A. accepts no liability for any damage to persons and goods occurring during the days in which the concessionaire is keeping the area (preparation and clearing out included).

4) the amount for the concession of the areas mentioned in point 1) must be paid when booking. 5) the non-use of the room after obtaining the concession, for reasons not concerning the holder, does not allow the concessionaire to avoid the payment mentioned in point 4).

6) the concession can be revoked in any moment because of sudden and unexpected needs that cannot be postponed, or because of public policy reasons. in this case, the Fair is released from any obligation to refund to the concessionaire any of his expenses, that is to say, to pay for the damages suffered by the concessionaire. on the contrary, the possible amount paid will be refunded.

7) ithe concessionaire is allowed to use in every advertising campaign related to the event (press releases, ads, leaflets, posters etc.) the name of the room he booked, with the logos of the organization and of the Fiera di Forlì s.P.A.

SECURITY - DAMAGE – INSURANCE

Art.22 - exhibitors are responsible for the safe-guarding and surveillance of their stands for the entire period of free access to the pavilions, both during the trade fair’s opening hours to the public as well during set-up and disassembly of stands.

Art.23 - exhibitors are liable for all damage to persons or things which may be caused by them, exhibited products, means of transport used and persons (employees or collaborators) employed. exhibitors shall acknowledge that participating in a trade fair entails their obligatory acceptance of insurance coverage deriving from the policies taken out by the Fiera against rct/rco risks and fire, policies which are available to each exhibitor care of the management. the cost of insurance coverage is indicated above in Article 18. exhibitors shall expressly accept the conditions of insurance as well as the value of the insured capital indicated in the above-mentioned policies. this capital and these conditions may be supplemented on one’s own initiative with further insurance coverage with the company of one’s choice.

Art.24 - the Fiera assumes no liability whatsoever for damage to persons or things provoked by anyone or anything. consequently damage deriving from theft, fire, lightning strikes, storms, explosions, irruptions of water, rain or other causes will not be indemnified. the Fiera does not respond to damage caused to third parties by physical persons or companies which perform services or sales to the Fiera.

FAIR-GROUND SPECIFIC RISK PREVENTION (*)A.1 SPECIFIC THEORETICAL ASPECTS° Forlì Fair-ground is characterized by the presence of underground plants. For this reason, it is forbidden to excavate, to stake out or to stress the pavements with too many vibrations, weights etc…° An independent connection to the plants is forbidden. As far as the electric installation is concerned, while preparing and clearing out the room it is possible to use only the service sockets, without exceeding the power limits showed on them. it will be necessary to pay attention when positioning possible extensions, which will not have to interfere with the practicability of the area and which must be carefully protected. According to the specific accident prevention measures, the use of multiple sockets requires the impossibility to come into contact with voltage without an adequate equipment. When clearing out, it will be necessary to verify that the voltage of the electric plant has been switched off.° the rules of the technical regulation must be respected.

A.2 ASPECTS RELATED TO THE SIMULTANEOUS PRESENCE OF SEVERAL WORKERSbecause of the possible simultaneous presence of several workers in the same working environment, each farm is required not to put in danger others when carrying out its activity. in particular:° it is forbidden to occupy external areas except for technical needs. However, necessary emergency walkways must be guaranteed, and if a farm uses areas external to its stand, it ill have to verify that there is no danger for other farms’ workers.° it is forbidden to amass waste and combustible material; the farm must dispose of them as they are produced.° the activity of each farm must not be a risk for the workers of other farms.° As far as the use of vehicles and carriers inside the fair-ground is concerned, the farms must follow the norms and prohibitions shown.° it is forbidden to block emergency walk ways.° it is forbidden to leave dangerous tools or vehicles unattended, because someone could come into contact with them. For this reason, the functions of all the tools left unattended must be disabled.With several workers present at the same time, we remind the farms that giving to their workers adequate protection equipment against dust and noise emissions can guarantee the keeping of the rules related to the presence of workers of other farms. During the preparation the stands, the farms have to take into consideration the presence of a public; consequently, they have to adopt measures which assure the safety of both exhibitors and public, respecting the norms in force.

A.3 EXTRACT EMERGENCY PLAN (*)Fiera di Forlì has as its disposal a fire fighting team and fire prevention tools (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants etc.). consequently, any emergency must be reported in good time to the fire fighting team, by phone or by direct communication to the staff. in case of fire, besides informing the staff as mentioned above, each farm must ensure that its workers keep their temper and follow the instruction. in case of evacuation, each worker must not run nor shout, going towards the nearest emergency exits.We remind you that the internal emergency telephone numbers are 0039 0543 793511/12 Fire Prevention service. if there is smell of burning, or if there is fire, please call immediately the Fire PreveNtioN AND secUrity service FierA Di Forli’ (0039 0543 793511/12). the person calling must specify: 1) his/her name and tasks 2)the cause of fire (very important) 3)the exact area that is in fire 4) other useful indications asked at the moment.

so as to ensure the highest possible efficiency of global safety conditions in the exhibition centre, exhibitors will have to abide by andhave displayers abide by the legislation on fire prevention. in any case, the materials used for installation will have to comply with the following requirements:- Walls, floorings, structures and their coverings: non-flammable, class 1 or class 2;- Drapery, ceilings: class 1.it is strictly forbidden to use of plastic materials, even in panels, expanded plates (e.g. expanded polystyrene) that are not class 1 and used in small amounts for decorations. it is also forbidden to use non-fireproofable synthetic fibre fabric, paint, colour washes or adhesives that do not satisfy the requirements of class 1 and 2. reed mattings, mats, rush mattings, and blinds made of thin wooden slats or similar products are also prohibited.1. Where non-flammable materials are used, the exhibitor must submit a written declaration stating that the stand is furnished with

the indicated material.2. Where class 1 and/or class 2 materials are used, the exhibitor must submit: the type-approval certificate and the associated test

report on the material issued by the Fire Prevention testing centre, Ministry of interior - General Directorate (roma- capannelle)or by legally recognized organizations or laboratories, or a specific certificate (article 10 Ministerial Decree 26/6/84) issued by an authorized laboratory.

3. Where naturally fire-proof or fire-proofed materials are used, the exhibitor must submit, for naturally fire-proof materials: the type-approval certificate and the associated test report on the material issued by the Fire Prevention testing centre, Ministry of interior - General Directorate (roma- capannelle) or by legally recognized organizations or laboratories.

4. type-approved materials must be provided with a conformity mark of the approved prototype. if it were not possible to put said mark on the material, the manufacturer must attest the compliance data in a special certificate. each vendor must declare under his own civil and penal liability that the material sold is provided with the declaration of conformity, specifying the type-approval details. For fire proofed materials: the “Fire-Proofing certificate”, filled by the person who physically carried out the treatment. such certificate must contain:a) the exhibitor’s company name, stand number and pavilion number;b) the list of materials that underwent the fire-proofing treatment;c) date of fire-proofing treatment (not earlier than six months prior to the start of the exhibition);d) the treated surface;e) the main characteristics of the product used: type-approval certificate of the applied substances issued by Ministry of interior orspecific certificate (article 10 of Ministerial Decree 26/6/84);f) statement of proper job performance by the person who actually carried out the fire-proofing, together with an undertaking torelease from any and all responsibilities Fiera di Forlì s.p.a. and third parties involved in the event, to formally renounce to any claimand/or recourse against Fiera di Forlì s.p.a. and the abovementioned third parties for any damage that may be sustained by thirdparties or by goods belonging thereto and to compensate Fiera di Forlì s.p.a. for any directly suffered damages. the products tobe used for the fire-proofing must be type-approved by the Fire-Prevention services and civil Defence Directorate of the Ministry of interior, or by legally recognised organisations or laboratories.

5. Along with the documentation mentioned in the above points, exhibitors should provide a declaration duly signed by the competent person attesting expressly to the correspondence between the product certification and the materials actually used for setting up the stand at the Fiera di Forlì.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Fire proofing in fabrics, if performed correctly, preserves the protection characteristics specified by the supplierfor a maximum of six months, provided that: - the treated fabric is stored in a dry place after removal;- during these six months the treated fabric is not washed, ironed, vacuum-cleaned or otherwise handled;- fabrics that are fire-proof at source are available on commerce.Fire-proof materials at source must have passed fire-reaction tests in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Ministry of interior circular no 12, 17/5/80 and Ministerial Decree 26/6/84. Fiera di Forlì s.p.a. is fully entitled to take samples of the products and materials used for protective treatments and for stand furnishing, by means of a special board or its own officers. In the event of non-observance of these rules and the relevant provisions set forth in the Regulations regarding participation, Fiera di Forlì s.p.a. is fully entitled to take action against any company defaulting on the fire-prevention rules. said action may entail, in the event that supplementary measures to the general safety rules are taken, the charging of the relative expenses estimated at not less than euros 258,22 (€ 258,22) per form or an order requiring the partial or total disassembly of the stand and a declaration that said stand is unfit for use. NoN-observANce oF sAFety rUles MAy be rePorteD to JUDiciAl AUtHorities. Pursuant to the terms of Ministerial circular no. 16 article 117 of 15/2/1951, exhibitors must keep inside their stand a 6 kg powder extinguisher for fire classes 13A 89 b-c, type approved in accordance with Ministerial Decree 20-12-1982. the fire extinguisher must be placed in a clearly visible and easily accessible position, and must be ready for use.

NOTE Fire extinguishers can be hired from the hardware supplier inside the Fair.

LEGEND

1. As for the definition of “civilian use”, please see Decree of the President of the republic no. 447 of December 6th 1991, article 1, paragraph 1.

2. Please mention technical and legal standard/s, distinguishing among those referred to the design, the execution and the tests.

3. in the case that a plant built after a project is changed during execution, the project presented at the end of the works must include such modifications. A quotation of the fire prevention form (where necessary) must also be part of the project.

4. For products subjected to standards, the report must contain a declaration of conformity to such standards filled in, where applicable, with references to trade marks, test certificates, etc. issued by authorised institutions. 5. “sketch of plant” is intended to mean the description of the work as performed (or reference can be made to the project, when there is one). in the event of transformation, extension or special maintenance, the work must be framed within the scheme of the pre-existing plant, if possible. the scheme must quote the fire prevention form (where required).

6. “references” are the name of the company that builds the plant and the date of declaration. they are not necessary in the event of a new plant or a plant built before the law came into force. if a part of the plant is built by another company (e.g. ventilation and fume discharge in gas plants), the declaration must bear analogous references for such parts.

7. example: certificates of the results of tests carried out on the plant before commissioning or before treatment for cleaning or disinfection.

8. At the end of the works, the installing company will issue a declaration of conformity for the client, stating that the plants meet the standards stated in article 7 (act 46/1900, article 9). the client or owner is obliged to assign the works of installation, transformation, extension and maintenance of the plants, according to article 1, to companies qualified as provided for in article 2 (Act 46/1990, article 10). the mayor issues a certificate of occupancy or fitness for use after having also received the declaration of conformity (obliterated text) (Act 46/1990, article 11). A copy of the declaration will be sent by the client to the Provincial craftsmanship board or to the chamber of commerce (regulations Act no.46/1990, article 7).

(hereafter called the Fair) is organising a professional trade fair for the period April 10 – 12, 2013 for the poultry and rabbit-breeding production cycle, called the “48th FierAvicolA – international poultry and rabbit-breeding trade fair”. Art. 2 – opening hours to the public: 9:00am – 6:00pm.Art. 3 – For the entire duration of the trade fair, exhibitors and their co-workers may access the Fair premises one hour prior to its opening to the public. the exhibitors must leave the premises no later than one-half hour after closing time for the public. only exhibitors who have asked and obtained specific permission from the Fair management may, for valid reasons, stay beyond that time frame.Art. 4 – the trade fair encompasses the following trading sectors: installations, equipment, material and services for raising poultry and rabbits and for processing, transforming, preserving, packaging, transporting, marketing and distribution of poultry and rabbit products. incubators, poultry feed, premixes, pharmaceutical products. eggs and egg products. Minor avian species and ostrich breeding. Poultry meat and processed poultry and rabbit products. specialized agricultural equipment and machinery. Pedigree breeding of chickens, rab-bits, pigeons, other species of poultry and ostriches. livestock construction. All categories of italian and foreign operators interested in the poultry, rabbit, livestock and agricultural sectors, as well as public organizations, associations, consortiums, etc.Art. 5 – exhibitors are required to exhibit only products and services included in the sectors listed in Article 4 and are obliged to indicate these in the application form. it is prohibited to exhibit products which do not conform to the products indicated in the application form. the Fair reserves the right – expressly acknowledged by the exhibitor – to exclude and/or remove, at any time, exhibited material which it does not consider coherent with the purpose of the trade fair. exhibitors should always keep the spaces assigned to them properly furnished and protected.

APPLICAtION – ACCEPtANCE – DEPOSIt – CANCELLAtION Art. 6 – the Fair guarantees equal opportunity of access to all operators who are interested in and qualified to participate in the trade fair. the date the application forms are received constitutes priority for admission. Acceptance or refusal of application is reserved to the Fair, which in the event of refusal of admission, will communicate the reasons to the applicant. Applications must include proof of payment of a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stand and services (+vAt). this deposit will be reimbursed, without interest, in the event that the application is not accepted.Art. 7 – if an applicant cannot take part in the trade fair for unforeseen reasons (or factors beyond their control), and s/he cancels his/her participation at least 30 calendar days prior to the date the trade fair opens to the public, s/he will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the stand and services. if the cancellation is made after this deadline, the applicant will be required to pay the total amount due.

ASSIGNMENt OF StANDS – tICKEtS AND PARKING SPACES - StAND SEt-UP AND DISMANtLINGArt. 8 – stands will be assigned according to the general trade fair plan, which will take exhibitors’ requests into account as much as possible. the Fair reserves the right to change assigned stand locations and surface areas due to technical, organizational and safety reasons. Applicants are not entitled to any compensation, apart from a reduction in the amount due if a smaller surface area is occupied.Art. 9 – Unfurnished stands (bare areas) will be available to exhibitors 4 days prior to the trade fair’s opening to the public (excluding weekends and holidays); each exhibitor, at his/her own expense must arrange for the complete furnishing of the stand assigned to him/her by 6:00pm of the day prior to the trade fair opening in order to allow for the site to be cleaned and general preparations to be com-pleted before the trade fair opens to the public. Pre-furnished stands will be made available to exhibitors one day prior to opening to the public. Art. 10 – stands which are still unoccupied by 12:00pm of the day prior to trade fair opening shall be at the full disposal of Fair, which may reassign them at its discretion, also taking into account the interests of other exhibitors. in any case, non-compliant applicants must pay Fair the full amount of the cost of the stand and services. Art. 11 – each exhibitor has the right to 2 personalised entrance tickets (passes) for an exhibition space of 16 square metres, and 4 passes for exhibition spaces with larger surface areas. in any event it will be the Fair’s discretion to grant additional passes upon receipt of names to be provided by exhibitors, subject to evaluation of the company’s actual exhibition needs. each exhibitor will also receive 2 parking passes for access to “reserved” parking. in order to be able to freely access the trade fair grounds, exhibitors should request the above-mentioned passes from the Fair secretary before preparing the stands. Auto vehicles may not entire the trade fair grounds. exhibitors should use the special trolleys provided by the Fair for moving goods.Art. 12 – the following regulations apply to furnishing stands:a) inside the pavilions the height of the furnishings must be at least 50cm lower than the structure covering the pavilion. Furnishings must also be finished on the stand’s exterior according to good workmanship practices and cannot be anchored to pavilion structures. each exception to the above regulation must be previously and expressly authorized by the Manager of the Fair technical office.b) – exhibitors are obliged to deliver the stand site in exactly the same state as it was assigned to them; possible damages to the Fair areas and/or structures verified by the Fair technical office must be promptly reimbursed by the exhibitor.Art. 13 – Disassembly operations will begin at 8:00am on saturday, April 13th and will go on until 6:00pm. that evening; they will conti-nue Monday April 15th and must be definitively completed by 6:00pm of that same day. beyond this deadline the Fair may remove any remaining materials from stands at the total cost and risk of the non-complying exhibitors, with no responsibility for possible shortfalls, breakage, etc. due to removal; furthermore, the Fair assumes absolutely no responsibility for the custody of goods left in the stands or placed by exhibitors in other parts of the trade fair grounds, even if this was done with the Fair’s permission.

SAFEtY AND PREVENtION REGULAtIONS Art. 14 – exhibitors are obliged to comply with the Public safety Authority’s and Fire Prevention Authority’s requirements for fire and accident prevention and the security of areas open to the public. operators and third parties on his/her behalf operating on the trade fair grounds must use personnel with employment responsibilities corresponding to the requirements of the pertinent laws in force. Art. 15 – exhibitors are absolutely prohibited from occupying hallways, safety exits and in general spaces other than those assigned to them. Use of hallways, empty areas and safety areas is exclusively the competency of the Fair of Forlì, as they are necessary in case of ac-cidents, mishaps, etc. objects placed outside of assigned stands will be officially removed, at the cost and risk of the non-complying exhi-

bitor, with no need of notification or grace period of the same. exhibitors may not affix anything to the cover structure of the pavilions.Art. 16 – exhibitors pledge, in the event of use of additional furnishings besides those provided by the Fair, to use non-combustible, self-extinguishing, or fireproof materials. exhibitors also pledge to expose combustible materials with a total fire potential of no greater than 50 kg/square metre. combustible materials contained in the additional furnishings must belong to class “1” or be treated with special materials to make them belong to that class. the above must be specifically certified, issued by a competent body, with date retroactive for no longer than 6 months, accompanied by a declaration which proves the real correspondence between the certificate exhibited and the material used.Art. 17 – Gli elettricisti ufficiali della Fiera sono autorizzati a distaccare in qualsiasi momento gli allacciamenti di quegli impianti che per manomissione, eccesso di assorbimento, o per qualsiasi altra ragione presentassero irregolarità di funzionamento producendo disfunzioni alla rete di alimentazione e/o situazioni di pericolo. ogni intervento degli elettricisti ufficiali della Fiera che si rendesse necessario per guasti o per altri fatti imputabili all’espositore verrà addebitato e fatturato a parte.in accordance with the limits of the systems available, the Fair will provide electricity for lighting individual stands. in this case, in accor-dance with the safety norms in force, stands should be equipped with a thermomagnetic ground fault interrupter (cut-out box), at the exhibitor’s expense, which can handle the power required. electrical systems inside the stands which are thus equipped should be self-extinguishing, in compliance with c.e.i. norms and previously authorized by the Fair. this must all be properly certified according to good workmanship practices, issued by a certified technician. if the above regulations are not met, the stand will be isolated from the electricity networks and the non-complying system will be de-activated at the exhibitor’s expense. the Fair assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the continuity, constancy and type of distribution of electrical current, which depends on the company producing and distributing the energy. the Fair reserves the right, in case of necessity, to reduce the quantity of kw requested. the Fair’s official electricians are authorized to detach the connections of these systems at any time, which due to tampering, excess absorption, or any other reason could cause operating irregularities, thus creating malfunctioning in the feeding network and/or dangerous situations. each required operation by the Fair’s official electricians due to damage or other factors caused by exhibitors will be separately charged and invoiced.

EXHIBItION FEES – PAYMENt tERMSArt. 18 – the assignment of stands to exhibitors is subject to payment of the following fees (excluding vAt):registration fee: € 300.00insurance as per art. 23: € 100.00registration fee for each firm represented: € 50.00Un-furnished areas: up to 16 sq m € 100.00 per sq m, up to 32 sq m € 95.00 per sq m, up to 48 sq m € 90.00 per sq m, over 48 sq m € 85.00 per sq m.electricity: € 80.00 per kw requested (minimum 1 kw).standard pre-furnished set-up: ): single fee € 35.00 per sq m. services included in the basic stand fee include:- General pavilion lighting,- exhibitor parking;- General cleaning, excluding cleaning of stands.in the general interest of the trade fair, special conditions other than those described above may be applied in the following cases: - participation of public authorities, industry associations, non-profit organizations and other similar organizations; Art. 19 – Payment of fees for participation in the trade fair must be done by the exhibitors before occupying the stands. if payment is late, the Fair may debit the current bank interest rate as well. At the end of the trade fair, removal of products exhibited is only possible with an exit pass, issued by Fair management. this exit pass will not be issued to exhibitors who have not paid their fees to the Fair. in this case the Fair may hold the non-complying exhibitors’ goods.OPENING HOURS FOR tHE PUBLIC – ENtRANCE tICKEtArt. 20 – the trade fair is reserved for professional operators on the days and hours as specified in Articles 1 and 2; visitors should de-monstrate that they are operating in the sectors indicated in Article 4, or are journalists and/or representatives of institutions. entrance is free, after registering in the entrance area; once visitors have registered they will be given a personal non-transferable name tag, valid for the entire duration of the trade fair.

SALES tO tHE PUBLICArt. 21 retail sales are not allowed.

SURVEILLANCE - DAMAGES – INSURANCEArt. 22 – custody and surveillance of individual stands are the responsibility of each exhibitor for the entire period of free public access to the pavilions, both during opening hours to the public as well as during the set-up and disassembly of stands. Art. 23 – exhibitors are responsible for all damage that s/he, exhibited products, means of transportation used and persons (employees or collaborators) employed, may cause to persons or objects. exhibitors must note that participating in a trade fair entails obligatory compliance with the insurance coverage deriving from the Fair’s policies assumed against rct/rco and fire risks, policies that can be obtained by each exhibitor from the management. the cost of insurance coverage is indicated above in Article 18. exhibitors shall expressly accept the insurance conditions as well as the value of capital insured as indicated in the above-mentioned policy. the capital amount and the conditions may be supplemented by exhibitors on their own initiative, by requesting additional insurance coverage from a company of his/her own choice.Art. 24 – the Fair assumes no responsibility whatsoever for damage to persons or things, caused by anyone or anything. As a result, damage deriving from theft, fire, lightning, storms, explosions, eruptions of water, rain or other causes will not be compensated. the Fair does not respond to damages caused to third parties by physical persons or companies which provide services or supplies to the Fair.

MISCELLANEOUSArt. 25 – exhibitors intending to use temporary imports to introduce foreign goods for exhibition must make a request to the Fair. the Fair will assign the paperwork to its transportation company, which will forward all expenses to the exhibitor with no responsibility whatsoever for the Fair.

Art. 26 – While exhibitors are free to advertise within their own stand, as long as this is done in conformity with the laws in force, outside the stands any form of advertising must be done exclusively through the Fair. Use of equipment for playing music, sounds or images inside one’s own stand is allowed as long as it does not bother other exhibitors and the public. exhibitors must also comply with the regulations in force in this regard.Art. 27 – As per municipal regulations, dogs and other animals not being exhibited are prohibited from entering the trade fair. Art. 28 – the Fair reserves the exclusive rights to any television filming and photographic, cinematographic, drawing or other reproduc-tion, both of its details or single stands.Art. 29 – exhibitors are strictly prohibited from connecting to the Fair’s Wi.Fi. internet network without previously formalising a request and paying the required fee. All violations will be punished with a charge of double the connection fee. Art. 30 – in the event that the trade fair, for any reason whatsoever, should not or cannot take place, applications for participation will automatically be cancelled and the Fair’s responsibility will be limited solely to reimbursing the amounts already received from the exhi-bitors. Art. 30 – Memorandums and complaints of any nature directed to the Fair will only be taken into consideration if they are in writing. Art. 31 – exhibitors shall elect their own domicile, for all effects of the law, as the Fair’s headquarters and shall exclusively accept italian jurisdiction and the authority of the court of Forlì.Art. 32 – by signing the application form, the applicant declares his/her knowledge and acceptance, with no reservations, of these regu-lations and that s/he will also conform to the effects of article 1341 of the italian civil code.

tREAtMENt OF PERSONAL DAtA ACCORDING tO Law 196/2003Art. 34 – exhibitors consent to the fact that the Fair may proceed, directly or by means of third parties, to the treatment of personal data from the application, with any means, in order to pursue its own institutional goals and any other activity aimed at promoting the exchange of goods and services. these data may be used and communicated to those who collaborate – in any way – with the provision of services entailed in participating in and putting on the trade fair.the exhibitor, according to art.7 of law 30/06/2003 no.196 may enforce his/her rights (confirming or changing his/her data, cancelling it from the data bank, etc.) vis-a-vis the Fair di Forlì s.p.A., owner of the treatment of the above-mentioned data as specified by law (Art. 9). Possible refusal by a participant to provide his/her data on the application and allow the treatment of the same for the above-mentioned purposes will entail refusal on the part of the Fair di Forlì spa to stipulate and/or accept his/her application.
