Established in 1955 as a public institution forsocial security and welfare for Surveyors.

Privatized on 1st January 1995 andtransformed into a private institution with itscurrent name and has, to date,around 84,000 members.

It has assets of approximately EUR 2.4 billion.

All freelance surveyors enrolled in thenational professional register who practicethe profession, even discontinuously andnon-exclusively, are members of CassaGeometri.
