Status – User-Id - Personal!
• Right to a user-id for Hanken IT services: when your study right is OK= register for the semester in time
• Personal!!!
• Your status is a student´s
• And sometimes staff• Mostly somewhere in
between...
• Your user-id: ”s141516” (or old number)(your student number with and ”s” in front)
• Your password – see that you use different passwords for Hanken and other non Hanken IT-services (gmail, FB, ...)!

We guarantee to other organisations and services that you are you!... That a student is a student – staff is staff... Id check – promises by you to keep to our rules – continuous register check of status Gives you more and better services with one user-id and password!

• Hanken computers– 4th floor, learning lab, library
• Software on Hanken computers – Office programs, Acrobat (pdf), statistical programs (SPSS, OxMetrics ...) all computers
• Special programs in A406• For your own computer if
we have a site license– (SPSS, Oxmetrics)- license for F-secure Internet security 4,99e/year
• Department pays limited numbers of licenses for special software like Nvivo – agreement from department first
