Issuing invoicesThe are two ways to issue an invoice:
• a practitioner can click on the ‘Invoice’ button on the ‘Consultation’ Form at the end of a consultation• a receptionist (or practitioner) can, at any time, click on the Main Form’s button to open the Invoice Control form, and then click on the ‘New Invoice’ button.
Note: • In the former method, consultation times are entered
automatically; in the latter, they are not.• In the latter method, the name of the practitioner in
whose name the invoice must be manually selected; in the former, this is automatically determined.
The following slide displays the relevant form, and instructions on how to use it. (Click to proceed)
1. Click on one of the ‘Charge for…’ radio buttons and then complete the relevant time or service fields
2. List any products supplied3. Calculate the total charge; note if paid in full4. Print the invoice (and/or export data if desired)
Click on a radio button to indicate
whether you are charging for time or service.
These fields are read-only.

lookup combo for easy data
entry.
Charges are automatically
calculated when the
combo closes up.

If charging for time, click on this button to calculate the
charges.

Charges are calculated automatically from data on the Options Form.
Click if the invoice is paid in full. This will be reflected on the printed invoice.
