Poster Timing: 4.00 p.m. at Expo Hall D andE during Poster Session I on Tuesday 24th May,2016.

Relevant Abstract: A simple one-pot chemicalreduction method using novel, tetrahydrazidederivative of calix[4]pyrrole (CPTH) for the

preparation of small sized palladium nanoparticles(CPTH-PdNPs) is described in this work. Thisnovel nanocatalyst showed high catalyticperformance for Mizoroki-Heck coupling reactionsand could be reused five times without considerableloss in its catalytic activity. Also, the antibacterialnature of the nanoparticles suggests its utility inbiological fields. We are further looking forward toexplore this nanocatalyst in different reactions andtheir environmental applications.
