The greatest influencers in the early

stages of my life were the Modernist and

Bauhaus arts and architectural

movements. Architects such as Le

Corbisuer and Mies Van Der Rohe and

the concept of “less is more” left a deep

impression in me and this subsequently

led to a an interest in Eastern Zen

philosophies, after I completed my

architectural degree.

When I came back to helm Ireka Land,

these modernist philosophies guided me

in creating functional and elegant

lifestyle residences, purpose built to

meet the lifestyle trends of middle, upper

middle and high end residential

requirements. Timeless and stylish, our

i-ZEN properties feature the

contemporary living that is in high

I think I am the living personification of

a Citi-ZEN. I work long hours and travel

professional and having lived and

worked overseas, I’ve become

Hit that new dance club later atnight. Great music and so manybeautiful people there...Definitelybe back next weekend.

SatDrove to Melaka for a short getaway.Nothing beats the feeling of speedingdown the North-South highway in mycoupe. Had a really great time vintageand bargain hunting.

Headed back home in the evening formore drinks with the boys. This time, it isa more subdued affair, just chilling at thejazz bar and catching up on the latest.

SunIt’s kick back and relax day today. Hada swim in the condo pool and a verylazy brunch. Packed for the flight.

Met with an old friend from universitydays for dinner. Going to bed early. It’sa long week ahead.

TueHad another hectic day full of meetings.Took my clients out to lunch to thefamous Cantonese restaurant in town.The casual setting and sumptuous foodhelped to iron out the loose ends forthe contract.

Left the office early for the gym. Needto work off those calories I had forlunch. Decided to head home andwatch a DVD.

WedWorked from home today. Thank Godfor broadband and the condo’s purposebuilt home office design! It’s a wholeworld of a difference to be able to workfrom home. I got the much neededpeace and quiet to complete thecontract proposal for the Korean projectin record time.

Passed the documents to the conciergeto hand to the courier.

ThuMy travelling schedule is ready. It’s goingto be another hectic one. Have to be inLondon, next Monday, Rome onWednesday and back to London onThursday. Got on the phone and hadthe concierge book a car to the airport.

Had an afternoon meeting with theAustralians at the condo’s businesscentre. Finalised the deal which we havebeen working on for the past threemonths. Sales targets met for the nextsix months!

MonHad a regional teleconference meetingin the morning with the Asia Pacificteam so I came to the office very early.It was a very busy day today at workbut I managed to squeeze in a trip tothe swimming pool during lunch.

Came home to dinner in the evening,nothing fancy….pasta whipped up inmy sleek designer kitchen and afabulous glass of Chianti.
