Abstract-Plane symmetric inhomogeneous cosmological model for electromagnetic field is investigated in the
frame work of Rosen‟s bimetric theory of relativity. Some important features of these models are highlighted &
discussed.
Keyword: - Electromagnetic field, Cosmological model, Bimetric relativity.
1. Introduction
A new theory of gravitation, called the bimetric theory of gravitation, was proposed by Rosen [1] to modify the
Einstein's general theory of relativity by assuming two metric tensors. a Riemannian metric tensor i jg and a
background metric tensor .The metric tensor determines the Riemannian geometry of the curved space-time
which plays the same role as given in the Einstein's general relativity and it interacts with matter. The background
metric tensor refers to the geometry of the empty (free from matter and radiation) universe and describes the
inertial forces. This metric tensor has no direct physical significance but appears in the field equations.
Therefore interacts with but not directly with matter. One can regard as giving the geometry that would
exist if there were no matter. In the absence of matter one would have = . Moreover, the bimetric theory
also satisfied the covariance and equivalence principles: the formation of general relativity. The theory agrees with
the present observational facts pertaining to general relativity. Thus at every point of space - time,

Rosen [1,2,3] Yilmaz[4] Israelit [5] Karade[6] P.K. Sahoo[7,8,9] Katore[10] Deo[11,12] are some of the eminent
Author. Who have studies several aspects of bimetric theory of relativity.
In particular, Reddy &Venkateswarlu [13], Reddy &Venkateswara N. Rao [14] have established the non-existence
of spatially homogenous &isotropic cosmological model of Bianchi types and Kantowski-Sachs in bimetric theory
of gravitation when the field of gravitation is governed by either perfect field or string dust. Recently, there has
been a lot of interest in cosmological model on the basis of Rosen's bimetric theory of gravitation. The purpose of
Rosen's bimetric theory is to get rid of the singularities that occur in general relativity that was appearing in the
big-bang in cosmological models.
It is interesting to note that magnetic field plays a significant role at cosmological model. Melvin suggested in the
cosmological solution for dust and electromagnetic fie ld that during the evolution of the universe, the matter was
in highly ionized state and smoothly coupled with magnetic field and consequently forms a neutral matter as a
result of universe expansion. Strong magnetic field may be created due to adiabatic compression in cluster of
galaxies. Cosmic entropic may be attributed to the large scale magnetic field. It is believed that the presence of
electromagnetic field could alter the rate creation of particles in the anisotropic model. Also, electromagnetic fie ld
directly affects the expansion rate of the universe.
In this work, we have investigated the inhomogeneous plane symmetric model for electromagnetic field in the
context of bimetric theory of relativity & observed that resulting space time represents vac uum cosmological
model.

We will vacuum cosmological model, if H= 0
From Eqns (2.4) to (2.7), we get

Where ik ‟s are constants of integration.
The corresponding vacuum cosmological model can now be written in the form

It is interesting to note that the model (3.3) is true from singularity at t=0.
Conclusion
In the present work, we have investigated the inhomogeneous plane symmetric model for electromagnetic field
distribution in the frame work of Rosen‟s bimetric theory of gravitation.
This clearly represented a vacuum cosmological model. Which is true from singularity.

ABSTRACT
A study is based on financial performance analysis and its impact on the growth of the firm. Financial performance
analysis is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weaknesses of the firm by properly establishing
the relationship between the items of balance sheet and profit and loss account. It also helps in short-term and long
term forecasting and growth can be identified with the help of financial performance analysis. The dictionary
meaning of „analysis‟ is to resolve or separate a thing in to its element or components parts for tracing their
relation to the things as whole and to each other. The analysis of financial statement facilitates the effective
evaluation of relationship between the component parts of financial statement to obtain a better understanding of
the firm‟s position and performace. This analysis can be undertaken by management of the firm or by parties
outside the namely, owners,creditors,investors.

A STUDY ON RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT AT LLYODS STEEL
COMPANY

ABSTRACT
A Study is based on Receivables also termed as trade credit or debtors are component of current assets. When a firm
sells its product in credit, account receivables are created. Account receivable is the money receivable in some future
date for the credit sale of goods and services at present. These days, most business transactions are in credit. Most
companies, when they face competition, use credit sales as an important tool for sales p romotion. As a sales
promotion tool, credit sale enhances firm's sales revenue and ultimately pushes up the profitability. But after the
credit sale has been made, the actual collection of cash may be delayed for months. As these late payments stretch
out over time, they may cause substantial drop in a company's profit margin. Since the extension of credit involves
both cost and benefits, the firm's manager must be able to measure them to determine the ultimate effect of credits
sales. In this prospective, we define the receivable management as the aspect of a firm's current assets management,
which is concerned with determining optimum credit policy associated to a firm, such that the benefit from extension
of credit is greater than the cost of maintaining investment in accounts receivables. The basic purpose of firm's
receivable management is to determine effective credit policy that increases the efficiency of firm's credit and
collection department and contributes to the maximization of value of the firm.

ABSTRACT
This study based on the various aspects of cash management and financial reporting purposes. This study makes
the use of descriptive research method to examine the importance, essence, influence, relationship, and impact of
cash management on financial management and financial reporting of the concerned business. It establishes the
strong impact of cash management on corporate survival, linkage. Cash management also ascertains the need for
the use of net cash flows as a measure of performance. Organizations should give cash management serious
attention and make it a strategic partner, and also maintain a dedicated cash management module for cash
management because accrual accounting concept is not adequate for cash management. Regulatory bodies should
enhance disclosure requirements in respect of cash and cash equivalents to enhance transparency and effectiveness
of creative cash management.

ABSTRACT
In India, the Non-Performing Assets, which are considered to be at higher levels than those in other countries, have
attracted the attention of public as also of International Financial Institutions. This has gained further importance in
the wake of transparency and disclosure measures initiated by Reserve Bank of India during recent years. NPAs
have become a threat to the entire economy as the success of the other sectors depends upon the success of the
financial sector. Hence study of NPAs is a very important exercise. Banks not only need to recover NPAs but also
prevent formation of fresh NPAs. These developments have prompted me to undertake a study of NPA‟s in banks,
to understand the problem, its genesis and influence on the banking industry. Various financial related factors have
been discussed in the paper. The data for the study has been collected from both primary and secondary sources.
The study area is limited to Wardha Nagari Sahakari bank. The analyzed data has been presented in the form of
table, bar graphs and pie-charts. Bankers has role to play as philosopher and guide for the borrowers. They can
grow their business not only by lending but can also be by providing some consultations, assessments and rescue
programs for new entrepreneurs.

ABSTRACT
Saving is the desire to reserve certain portion of income for future needs. In the recent findings it has been found that
saving rate for household is affected not only by their ability to save but also their willingness to save. In the last few
years it is evident that middle class Indians have paid attention only to their work for the entire duration. But it is
tragically that only at the time of retirement they consult friends and relatives for investment for their future. Few
years before there were only limited a number of options for investments like bank deposits and post office schemes.
Only few percentages of rich and adventurous Indians have knowledge about Stock market and Securities. Now, the
modern investment trend has a different scenario, various options of investment and best return for the investors.
This would bring into light the awareness of investment patterns of salaried class investors in Wardha district.

Department of Business Management Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering Technology & Research, Wardha
ABSTRACT
A managerial accounting strategy focusing on maintaining efficient levels of both components of working capital,
current assets and current liabilities, in respect to each other. Working capital management ensures a company has
sufficient cash flow in order to meet its short-term debt obligations and operating expenses. Implementing an
effective working capital management system is an excellent way for many companies to improve their earnings.
The two main aspects of working capital management are ratio analysis and management of individual components
of working capital. Working capital management involves the relationship between a firm's short-term assets and its
short-term liabilities. The basic goal of working capital management is to ensure that a firm is able to continue its
operations and that it has sufficient ability to satisfy both maturing short-term debt and upcoming operational
expenses.

Abstract:
It is a collection of papers giving detailed information about a particular person or subject. The employee
personnel file is the main employee file that contains the history of the employment relationship from employment
application through exit interview and employment termination documentation. Only Human Resources staff and
the employee‟s immediate supervisor and manager may have access to the information in the employee personnel
file, and it never leaves the Human Resources office. The employee personnel file is generally stored in a locked,
fire-proof file cabinet in a locked location that is accessible to Human Resources staff. The confidentiality of the
employee information in the employee personnel file is of paramount importance. Every organization needs
collective information to know how many people work for them, who they are, where they are, what
responsibilities they have and how effective they are. Human resource planners also need to know the
qualifications, competencies, dates of promotions and retirements of staff. Employee Dossier do same work.

Abstract
Today‟s tight labor market is making it more difficult for organizations to find, recruit, and select talented people.
The competition for talent is intensifying, as there are fewer qualified applicants available. This shortage of
applicants makes it all the more important for organizations to be able to effectively attract, select, and retain quality
candidates. As results from this survey indicate, organizations need to offer more than an attractive wage to entice
qualified candidates. With the number of job opportunities currently available, candidates can afford to be choosy
when searching for their ideal job. They are looking for more than just an attractive salary; candidates are seeking
organizations that can offer them various kinds of benefits, the potential to advance, and an environment in which
they can learn and thrive. If an organization cannot offer these, job seekers will find one that does. Thus, it is
important for organizations to know exactly what they have to offer potential employees, then highlight their best
features when recruiting candidates.

ABSTRACT: This research contributes significantly to the current marketing strategy literature by examining the
effective formation of marketing strategies for new technologies outside traditional organizational boundaries.
Using a dynamic capabilities framework, the role of internal and external capabilities in driving marketing strategy
effectiveness for inventions developed in university labs is explored. The key to building a conceptual framework
based upon the dynamic capabilities perspective is to identify the building blocks upon which competitive
advantages can be formed, sustained, and improved. One such foundation is knowledge transfer, or learning. There
has been very little empirical research on the formation of strategies at the team level and furthermore, even less
research examining the formation of strategies for technologies that were developed outside traditional
organizational boundaries and without a predefined market application. Overall, this research will not only
contribute significantly to the current innovation and marketing strategy literature, but will also open up new
avenues of research in marketing entrepreneurship. New technology development is a critical management issue
particularly in technology driven firms. In this paper the influences of strategic orientation, marketing strategy, and
market research activities and the moderating role of technology factors on new product development were
investigated. The results shows that both strategic orientation and marketing strategy directly influence new
technology development process, while the market research activities show no significant relationship on new
product development.

A STUDYOF SEGMENTATION PRACTICES IN HINDUSTAN
UNILIVER LIMITED COMPANY
Miss. Roshani Diwe
MBA-IV Sem

ABSTRACT
In this paper we distinguish an extant approach to market segmentation research, Market segmentation research is
currently focused too narrowly on the task of segment identification as opposed to its strategic relevance within a
firm. Which begins with studying the motivating conditions that lead people to the tasks and interests in their lives,
from an ex post approach which begins with an individual's reaction to marketplace offerings. We argue that the
marketing task of guiding managements to 'make what people will want to buy' will be more successful in light of a
deep understanding of behaviour in the context of everyday life and work, rather than a detailed understanding of
preferences in the marketplace. Directions for future research are discussed.
