• A coordinator in each branch of activity, in charge of all aspects of standardization.
• Actions are decided by a branch steering committee where all interested departments are involved.
• Similarly at holding level, a Group coordinator with a steering committee including also branch coordinators.

• reach consensus on plan for next 12 months
• plan next SC4 meeting
Plan for the previous 12 months
• 2 standards expected to be published in 2003. (13626, 10417)
• 2 other standards might be published. (13628-7, 14693)
• advance work items per agreed upon plan.
• resolve issues with ISO 10423 (WG3).
• develop and implement a plan to address cancelled items.
ISO 13626 published in November, 2003.
ISO 14693 published in December, 2003.
ISO 10423 published in December, 2003.
Some dates have been reset, others to be handled as NWIs.
